Exceptional attorney. hard-working, knowledgeable, and caring

A colleague who has had first-hand experience with Lily McCarty and Maria Pavilidis recommended them to me after I had been arrested for a DUI. From the first conversation I had with them over the telephone to the final outcome of my case (great outcome), I could not have asked for a better team. The...y were honest from the very beginning about the possible outcomes of my case and answered all of my questions and concerns as they came up during my case. Both Lily and Maria attended every meeting that was conducted and appeared at every court appearance that I had to attend. It will put your mind at ease knowing that you have two remarkable individuals working hard for you. Throughout my case, there were ups and downs that occurred (both related and unrelated to my case), and both Lily and Maria would check in with me to see how I was doing. You cannot buy that kind of service, and that is what makes them great at what they do.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and hard working attorney

I received a DUI back in 2013 and was referred to Lily. She did a great job handling my case. She kept me informed throughout the entire process. Working with an experienced lawyer like Lily was very comforting during a very uneasy time. She was able to get the charges reduced and get me off pro...bation early. I am very thankful and would highly recommend Lily.

Lily McCarty: Tenacious, Diligent, Highly Competent Defense Attorney.

Earlier this year I was charged with a DUI. I was very concerned how this arrest would affect my short term goal of attending graduate school and my post graduate school career plans. After interviewing several attorneys, I hired Lily McCarty and her partner based on the recommendation of one of her ...former colleagues. By the end our first meeting, I knew I my decision was the correct one. Lily eased my anxiety and was very honest about the challenges my case presented. Lily analyzed the nuances of my case and discussed multiple strategies on how best to proceed. Lily was able to utilize several mitigating factors to our advantage, which resulted in a plea agreement to a lesser charge. Lily’s support staff, Shelby and Nydia, were also very gracious and helpful; always quick to respond to my inquires and offer assistance. I highly recommend Lily McCarty if you want an attorney who will fight for you and do everything possible to resolve your legal challenges.
