If the case cannot be resolved through negotiation, Mr. Knox will go to trial for you.
Since moving to private practice, Mr. Knox has developed an effective motion practice and has successfully had numerous serious cases dismissed, including multiple first degree felonies. Mr. Knox has also managed, through pre-file litigation and advocacy before state and federal decision-makers, to prevent serious cases from being filed or to have them filed as lesser offenses.
Mr. Knox has experience trying and defending complex criminal matters involving expert witnesses on varied issues such as: cause of death, DNA, ballistics, fingerprints, bite marks, forensic psychology, toxicology, bomb making, and accident reconstruction.
Mr. Knox is a former insurance agent and has worked for a number of Fortune 500 companies including: W.W. Grainger, PPG Industries, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, and Comcast. Mr. Knox can analyze your personal injury case or white collar criminal charges with an “insider” perspective that aids him in properly preparing and appreciating your case. His understanding of criminal law, business, and insurance, as well as his courtroom experience, will aid him in zealously representing you.
Areas of practice include: general litigation, business litigation, violent crime, all felonies, economic crimes and fraud, drug charges, violations of probation, DUI, misdemeanors, injunctions, and driving offenses.
