He spent his undergraduate career at the University of Central Florida, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in 1998. Mr. Hilliard then earned his law degree from Stetson College of Law in 2006. Still don't know why he wouldn't call us back
Great experience at first. Then when we needed him most, never returned over 25 emails, calls and even two personal visits. Paid my bill ahead of time. Maybe he will call me back now.
