Biography
For over 30 years, people faced with a DUI or criminal charges have relied upon me to make sure that one mistake did not ruin their family, career and/or livelihood.
The lawyers at my firm have over six decades of experience handling criminal matters from virtually every perspective. I am not ony a lawyer, but I have been judge for the City of Red Bank handling criminal matters for over 15 years. My partner, Bret Alexander, is a former DUI prosecutor as well as an assistant U.S. Attorney.
No other firm in town offers the criminal defense, judicial and prosecution experience that we do. All of these things contribute to getting the best result possible for our clients. We are not allowed to say we are the best attorneys in Chattanooga, but most of our clients think so.
