Anthony Biagio Rickman

Anthony is one of the best attorneys in Florida. He is extremely compassionate and caring for his clients. He has helped me on some criminal cases, and a couple of my friends on some pretty heavy cases as a trial attorney. He also got a friend off completely on a DUI. The outcomes were better than ex...pected. He communicated with me and answered all the questions i had. He did the same for 2 of my friends on smaller cases. I have unfortunately had to use legal advice quite a few times, and i couldnt recommemd a better attorney than Anthony. Thanks again!

Determined, aggressive, straight shooter, focuses on the goal of your case and let's nothing get in the way; but a positive outcome. Provides clients with his personal cell phone, I had constant contact with Anthony the entire process of my case ,he responds promptly to questions via text. Anth...ony put the state attorney on speaker phone and allowed me to hear him fighting for me while the state uttered B.S.; this allowed me true confidence that this man was fighting for me. I am a middle aged professional who was arrested in an aggressive sting operation. I was charged with two misdemeanors. This was my first arrest and I am not from Tampa. Saying this, I had absolutely no idea who to call. The morning after the arrest I researched defense attorneys and leaned heavily o...n reviews while making my decision. I am happy that I found many reviews on this site and that I hired Anthony. Anthony and Holli were absolute professionals and were very proactive with my case. During my initial conversation with Anthony, he listened to my account and quickly communicated two defense positions. Upon further conversations he predicted the outcome of my case. Rightfully so, he was careful to preface his prediction upon my account of the events being true, but he was confident in his position. He backed up his prediction with legal precedent and his experience in similar cases. His confidence was not fabricated… it was the confidence that comes with years of experience in the court room. I hired Anthony that morning and he entered a formal “not guilty” plea within 15 minutes. Later that day he proactively notified the states attorney office that he wanted to speak with them before assigning my case. Later that same week he had a call with states attorney office and spent more than an hour with the attorney who was responsible for assigning my case to a prosecuting attorney. Anthony communicated a three page case study supporting our defense. This step was not successful and they ultimately assigned my case to a prosecutor… however, Anthony’s argument was elevated to a supervisor and set the record that we were prepared to aggressively defend our position. I firmly believe that this first week of a well thought out, proactive and aggressive defense set the ultimate dismissal of my charges into motion. The case was ultimately assigned and Anthony gave me a short list of information to provide. I did this and Anthony did the rest. I never even went to court. In short, after 60 days of waiting and having my case shuffled to three different prosecuting attorneys, Anthony was successful in securing an unconditional dismissal of the first charge, and a conditional dismissal of the second charge. I am now 45 days into a 90 day conditional period for the second charge. I already satisfied very manageable conditions and am simply waiting for the 90 day period to end. At this time, Anthony and Holli will expunge the charges from my record once and for all! In summary, • I am a professional person that was charged with two misdemeanors as part of an aggressive sting. • 90 days later the charges have been dismissed and I am 45 days away from having my record expunged. • I am 100% confident that I am in this position because I hired Anthony. On a personal note, Anthony and Holli treated me with respect and dignity. They did not cast judgment and focused on the task at hand. I paid for a professional defense and they supplied a professional defense, prompt communication, dignity and a dismissal of the charges. I could not be more satisfied. I went into this “thinking” that I made the right choice. Now, with the benefit of hindsight… I “know” that I made the right choice. If you need a defense attorney… you need to hire Anthony. Period.

Anthony Rickman worked an early termination motion for me and the entire experience was exceptional! I've worked with other notable lawyers in the past and none have matched the service in which I received from Mr. Rickman and his wonderful assistant Holli. I was kept in the loop throughout the entir...e process. I had spoken with other lawyers prior to going to Taracks, Gomez, & Rickman and ALL of them told me that there wasn't a chance of getting off of probation prior to the early termination date. In fact, one lawyer accepted payment and later called me to say that he spoke with the judge's assistant and she informed him that the judge was unwilling to grant the motion. Mr. Rickman did an excellent job of arguing in my favor and getting my probation terminated a year and a half early!
