Top of the line lawyer right here
My wife hired Stuart for a pending criminal issue i was facing. I met with him and he was awesome from the get go. He called my nerves he explained everything to me and didn't blow smoke up my @$$ with flase promises. He answered all of my questions, and believe me between my wife and I tjere were allot, he answered all my calls even on the weekends. He worked very hard and did exactly what he promised me he was going to do. I was facing some serious time and he was able to get it down to house arrest, which if u saw what i was facing you would be happy too. Liz came on later in the case but was just as amazing in getting stuff done quickly. So no matter if it's criminal or civil these are the lawyers u want on your side.

Stuart and Joe used their experience as former FBI agents to get ahead of our legal mess. What started off as millions of dollars in seized assets and likely prison time, according to the Prosecutors, quickly turned into only a civil matter. These guys traveled 2500 miles for a 3 day proffer and drove to our home 3 hours away several times in the middle of out mess.

Grand Jury Investigation
My company is a Medicare provider who was being investigated by the FBI for alleged fraudulent billing. I hired Mr. Kaplan a former FBI agent and now practicing attorney to represent us. Clearly Mr. Kaplan is well prepared and knew how to navigate the waters to assist us in getting through this ordeal. DUI
I retained Mr. Kaplan and his partners several months ago as a result of my second DUI. I was panicked that I was going to lose my license and would be unable to get to work. The team of attorneys at Mr. Kaplan's office fought my suspension and one and thereafter made several arguments that the Police Officer couldn't prove that I was actually driving at the time he showed up. Civil Rights
Mr. Kaplan represented me after my arrest for a trumped up charge of resisting arrest with violence on a police officer. I was tased 6 times and beat up by several PBSO deputies and then attacked by a K9. Mr. Kaplan was able to get my criminal charges dropped and is now pursuing a civil claim against ALL of the deputies involved. Mr. Kaplan and his team of lawyers are very impressive and aggressive in fighting for your rights.

I was charged with wire and mail fraud in New York. I had hired one of the most well known attorneys who seemed never to be available to speak to or tell me what was going on in my case. I was referred to Stuart from one of his former clients who described him as being able to walk on water. From the first time I met Stuart in my office I knew he was the right attorney for my legal defense. He spent more time going over my case during the first meeting with him than my previous attorney did in a year and a half. Fantastic
I was a whistleblower in a town located in Palm Beach County. The City Manager and his department head retaliated against me for complaining about overtime abuse. Kaplan & Sconzo were incredible in getting me through this horrible ordeal. I can't say enough good things about Stuart Kaplan and Joe Sconzo! Truck Accident
My mother was hit by a semi-truck on I75 as a result of the truck driver texting. The driver at first denied that he was on his phone at the time of the accident. Mr. Kaplan was able to get the phone records and match them up to the GPS tracking installed in the truck and prove that the driver had lied and was infact on his cell phone. The insurance agreed to pay out in excess of 7 figures to settle the case. Mr. Kaplan and his office are incredible and we are so thankful to have had them on our side.

Tenancious
Was charged with weapons possession violation and Mr. Kaplan was able to get my case thrown out of court because of the illegal search the police did. Mr. Kaplan examination of the police officers involved was incredible. He proved all of them had lied about the grounds for the search and showed the police officers had gotten together to create a story. Mr. Kaplan's tenaciousness and direct approach was a work of art. I definitely recommended Mr. Kaplan to anyone needing a lawyer.

Outstanding
My daughter was seriously injured while riding her bicycle as a result of a driver texting and driving. Immediately upon contacting Mr. Kaplan his law firm eased our burden of dealing with the insurance companies allowing us to focus on our daughter's medical treatment. Mr. Kaplan and his office's attention and compassion for us and our daughter was truly heartfelt.

Stuart Kaplan is the most impassioned attorney that I have ever witnessed. His take no prisoner attitude is immediately apparent when you first meet him. His understanding of law enforcement investigative techniques and being able to poke holes in my case where mistakes were made ultimately led to my acquittal.
