I retained Mr. Kaplan and his partners several months ago as a result of my second DUI. I was panicked that I was going to lose my license and would be unable to get to work. My daughter was arrested for DUI on 95 coming home for spring break. I called a police officer friend who referred me to Stuart Kaplan. Having never been in this position I was frantic for what would happen to my daughter. I first spoke with Mr. Kaplan on a Friday afternoon and he and his partner me...t with my husband andI and daughter on that following Saturday. I can vividly remember leaving their office and telling my husband how I felt so much better as if the weight of the world had been lifted off our shoulders. Last week my daughter's case was dismissed after a hearing finding that the police officers failure to utilize his dashboard video recorder was too prejudicial resulting in the judge dismissing all charges.
