Stuart N. Kaplan

Mr. Kaplan and his partner represented my husband in a road rage incident in Martin County. My husband was facing 3 years in jail. Our family was at a loss of what would happen if my husband went to jail and let alone be found guilty of assault with a deadly weapon. Mr. Kaplan's dedication and unders...tanding was immediately apparent from the first day we retained his office. In the end the matter was resolved without jail time or an admission of guilt.
