Stuart N. Kaplan

Mr. Kaplan represented me after my arrest for a trumped up charge of resisting arrest with violence on a police officer. I was tased 6 times and beat up by several PBSO deputies and then attacked by a K9. Mr. Kaplan was able to get my criminal charges dropped and is now pursuing a civil claim against... ALL of the deputies involved. Mr. Kaplan and his team of lawyers are very impressive and aggressive in fighting for your rights.

My mother was hit by a semi-truck on I75 as a result of the truck driver texting. The driver at first denied that he was on his phone at the time of the accident. Mr. Kaplan was able to get the phone records and match them up to the GPS tracking installed in the truck and prove that the driver had l...ied and was infact on his cell phone. The insurance agreed to pay out in excess of 7 figures to settle the case. Mr. Kaplan and his office are incredible and we are so thankful to have had them on our side.
