Had the unfortunate opportunity to speak to the girl that answers the phone and when she asked me to explain my situation, I did, she read it back to me and everything she read was not as I explained and became a negative for me instead of the positive it truly was. It was as if she listened but hear...d nothing, WOW, I NEVER HAD ANYONE TWIST MY WORDS AS SHE DID, THEY WEREN'T IN MY FAVOR AND WHEN I TRIED TO ADDRESS THIS WITH HER, HER COMMENT WAS "WE CAN'T HELP YOU", is that her decision to make, I think not and would you really want someone representing you that twist your words to a negative and in favor of the individual you're suing!!!

I read the last review for Mr. Kaplan and couldn't agree more with what that person said. I had been involved in an accident involving a head on collision with a person who suffered from diabetes. The insurance company for this person denied coverage stating it was a sudden medical emergency. I retai...ned one of those law firms that advertise on the Internet and after a year of never meeting my attorney and becoming more frustrated I fired him and was referred to Mr.Kaplan. Immediately Mr. Kaplan filed suit against the driver who caused the accident. After depositions of the driver and his doctor Mr. Kaplan was able to prove the driver hadn't been compliant with taking his medicines long before he was involved in my accident. I got a call from Stuart a week after the doctor's deposition that the fault drivers insurance company was tendering the full amount under the insurance policy. I completely echo the prior review of Mr.Kaplan he is the real deal!
