Thomas J. Ali, Esquire manages the firm's Personal Injury and Criminal Law Divisions, specializing in personal injury jury trials and the defense of complex criminal matters. He particularly involves himself in the resolution of complex legal issues. Mr. Ali is an accomplished trial attorney and a member in good standing with the Florida Bar since his admission in 1983. He has substantial experience in the field of appellate practice. Mr. Ali is admitted to practice before all trial and appellate courts of the State of Florida. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law, having obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Florida. Upon graduation Mr. Ali was appointed as Law Clerk to the Honorable Jack R. Schoonover, Second District Court of Appeal. Mr. Ali served as an Assistant Public Defender for the Tenth Judicial Circuit, defending major felony and capital criminal charges. Mr. Ali is an active member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers Association and the Palm Beach County Bar Association. He is an extraordinarily experienced trial attorney having tried many cases to jury verdict. Mr. Ali currently served as both a member and Chairman of the 15th Judicial Circuit Attorney Disciplinary Committee.
