Mr. Devore suggested from Day one to pursue an H2B visa for our Nanny who is coming from abroad while he ensured that he has done this several times and that he was confident of the results.
Our case was dragging for more than a year , things kept going from a failure to another. during one year we have received 3 deficiency letters clearly stating that the major reason was the lack and missing information within the submitted application. we have been treated in a careless attitude. we have been charged a serious amount of money. The outcome was losing the whole case and forced to send our Nanny back to her country home. the above was of a serious financial and emotional hurt to our family.

I was referred to Mr. Devore. He is honest and will give you the facts straight and does not beat around the bush. Additionally, he best prepared my wife and I for our case and ensured that everything went smoothly. At no point did I feel I was missing anything or had any stress as Mr. Devore and Christine were always on top of everything. At the end our case got approved (want to point out that we live in another state and Mr. Devore made the trip to us and got us in an out in a jiffy with no hiccups).
If you want to ensure that your case has no hiccups and is done smoothly and stress free (even if you dont reside in Florida) then I would recommend Mr. Devore. At every point from start to finish my wife's and my mind was at ease and unlike other law firms where your trying to get in contact with everyone, Mr Devore and Christine would get an answer to us promptly even if it was just us double checking something. If you want a smooth case and to be stress free go to Mr. Devore. You will be happy you made the choice!

Jeff advised against applying for a green card via my husband who also has one. He said an i130 F2a would take 3 yrs. He advised me to hire him instead to pursue a low probability employment visa. I consulted with other immigrant lawyers who all showed me online that i130 F2a complete process will not take more than 1 year and a half.
My advice is seek other advice

Mr. Devore successfully conducted my immigration case regarding L1A Visa. He is very knowledgeable in current immigration laws and his experience served me well. The Customs officer at the border mentioned that he never seen a package so well organized.

Mr. Devore is the best attorney you will find. I can assure you that he and his staff are the best in South Florida. I had discussed my case with two attorneys before I found Mr. Devore. Mr. Devore was the only one who was straight up and to the point. He was knowledgeable about my type of situation and clearly laid out everything we need to do and how long it will take. He does not bs you around like others do. He will tell you everything you need to know when you see him and you will leave his office with no doubts about your case. Everything worked out exactly as how he told me it would be. He is so knowledgeable talking about immigration in general that he will truly make you feel confident about your case. Everyone in his office were on top of everything. Ms. Christine is amazing, she is super fast and always responds promptly to any concern I had. Ms. Rahm is also very knowledgeable and also covered everything I needed to know when it came to the case. I have absolutely 0 complaints about their service. My experience with Mr. Devore was simply top A+ service. I am so glad found him and hired him. My process went great and I received exactly the outcome I wanted with my case. He is the best around. Just go and discuss your case with him. That is all I need to say, you wont be disappointed.

Worst Immigration Lawyer you can Hire. My wife's case lasted 3 years because the Lawyer would wait for a Response from USCIS and would never contact them even after I asked him to contact them because our case had been at the service center for over 1 year. I had to contact USCIS myself and I was told that my wife's case was not going to move anywhere since the I-130 application filed by Lawyer did not specified it need it Consular Processing. I was told by the Lawyer, that I would have to pay him $500 extra for him to file a new application to get case moving, I had already pay him $6,000 to file form I-130. Why should of I had to pay more for a mistake that was done by his Office? Every new application filed by lawyer took over a year processing. When I first hired this law office, I was told that my case was going to be handle by Mr. Devore and pay the highest rate. None of the applications filed by this office had his signature. He game my case to his assistant lawyer who had no Idea on how to process my wife's case. She got most of the information by researching the internet. Something I would of done for free. The first time I contacted him I was told not to trust what ever the USCIS case status would say or not to trust what ever the USCIS Representative would say because they had no idea on my case status. He told me he had a tool that only attorneys can access to check the real case status. A few months later after insisting on the case status I was seeing online and after asking him to check his system, he told me that he never said he had a system to check case status, he told me that he uses the same website I was using. After a year and a half of waiting for our case to move from USCIS to NVC he decided to contact the Service Center and our case moved alone to NVC. At NVC our case spent another year, because filing the forms by his office was real slow. Every time there was a form to be filed, he would ask me to pay him first. On our I-601A application I pay him in February 2014 and our application was submitted until September 2014. Always giving us excuses of why he was taking so long, he told us that he was waiting a NVC case number, which we got one on May 2014 and by the time we got the NVC case #, the application was not ready even thought I had already pay for it. Do not Hire this lawyer if you don't want to be the one having to contact the government agencies yourself.
Great person and gave me a sense of relief to know such an experienced attorney things my case is strong. Not only he clarified my doubts but explained to me why things were delaying and what should be expected . He recommended me other attorneys in my area that could help me ! Outstanding

I consulted few top attorneys. None of which were willing to take my case as it's very complicated. My friend referred me to Jeff and told I need someone like Jeff to handle my case. During my first appointment, Jeff explained all options I have and what can be done. I was convinced with Jeff's response and hired his services. My case went in the direction as exactly what I was told and got Approved.
Jeff, this wouldn't have been possible without you. What an amazing person you are. You are the best..!!
I am very fortunate that I found Devore Law Group. I am so thankful to Jeff and his team(Laura) for their dedication and hard work.
Without doubt, I highly recommend Mr. Devore for any immigration needs you may have.

My partner and I have been with the Devore law group for almost 6 years now and we are so happy we found them. My partner had some complicated issues with visitor and seasonal work visas that were successfully navigated by Mr. Devore and his team. We now have permanent residency status due to their hard work and expertise. Marianne Rahm applied for National interest Waiver for me which subsequently allowed me to apply for permanent residency and as a result my partner was also eligible for permanent residency. Throughout all our (many) visa applications, the Devore Law Group was outstanding in terms of depth of knowledge, hard work and service. We could not have asked for more from them. They definitely care for their clients and go above and beyond the service provided by many other lawyers. We cannot speak highly enough of Mr. Devore, Marianne Rahm and Laura Kelly for all they have done for us.
