My name is Jessica Medrano and I am writing this review to share a little bit of my husbands and I experience with Quijano & Associates. Recently we completed my husband’s immigration process Petition for Alien Relative. We decided t...o use Quijano & Associates for my husband’s process because they were highly recommended to us from several close family and friends who had once been in our shoes. I know from personal experience choosing an attorney is not easy and can be nerve wrecking, especially when dealing with the subject of immigration. For us it was extremely important to find an attorney who was truthful and meticulous, and Attorney Viviana Quijano was that since day one of our initial consultation. After listening to our concerns & case she guaranteed us that everything was going to go smoothly. The process itself is overwhelming, but thankfully we had attorney Quijano to walk us through all the necessary steps. She was extremely helpful in everything from beginning to the end. My husband was detained by ICE earlier this year, and I contacted this office and they were very helpful from the very beginning. While I was on the phone with the receptionist, she found him and was able to take me where he has transferred to. (Which meant a lot to me to know where he was). Attorney... Viviana was very knowledgable and was able to get my husband out of detention within a week or so. She gave me a list of evidence and as soon as I provided them to her she sent those documents to the court and before I knew it my husband was back home. Something that I like about this firm is that they always answer the phone and they always gave me an status update about the case. I always felt that they knew what they were doing. Por dos anos fui víctima de un notario el cual no hizo nada por mi caso. Luego conocí a la abogada Viviana y ella desde el principio nos explico el proceso y la duración. Yo soy ciudadano americano y mi esposa es de Guatemala. Mi esposa entro sin papeles al país y la abogada Viviana a travez del proc...eso consular le saco la green card y ahora es Residente Permanente. A pesar que fue un proceso largo, Viviana siempre estuvo atenta de nosotros dejándonos que estaba pasando con el caso. Nos sentimos muy bien representados y la recomendamos completamente.
