I am an entrepreneur operating successful business in my own country. Lacking of understanding of law and culture, I am not extremely confident on starting a new business here in the United States. With the help of this attorney, I did it. She was able to point me to the right direction. I am grateful.
She was very nice but she said," I don't know. What do you think" when asked about the law in reference to the question of work for hire regarding our photographer. And I think the advice she gave is not correct. I believe he is not under a work for hire contract as he was not an employee but a contractor. Again, very nice but may not be as informed in this area.

Honestly my experience with attorney has never been a great one. This attorney impressed me with her clear explanation of laws to begin with. She later follow things through very well and keep us abreast of progress as they occur. With her comprehensive knowledge of law, our EB5 Investment Immigration visa was granted without RFE.
