Biography
Linda Liang & Associates is dedicated to the practice of all aspects of US immigration law, with a focus onbusiness-related and employment-based US immigration law, such as H1B, L Visa and EB5 Visa. We provide legal consultation and representation in petitioning for non-immigrant visa categories, employment-based immigrant categories and family-based immigration. Since our establishment, we have successfully handled a great number of cases of various kinds, including immigration, international and domestic business transactions, contract arbitration, import and export regulation, and trademark and copyright registration.
There are five reasons our clients choose us among all other law firms:
Reason No. 1 Cases are guaranteed to be handled by experienced attorneys.
Unlike many other firms that are using paralegals or legal assistants to actually handle cases, we believe there is a lot at stake in every client’s case. We believe that every case is unique. Within our firm only attorneys are allowed to provide legal evaluation and representation. Within our firm, only lawyers will talk to clients about their cases, either over the phone or in person, not paralegals.
Reason No. 2 We communicate.
One of the most common clients’ complaints is that their lawyers don’t either answer or return their calls. Proudly, it is not the case with our firm. The attorneys are required to explain to clients in detail the status of the case. Clients’ calls are to be returned within 24 hours. We work for you, period.

Businesses need lawyers who understand their business needs to provide effective service. Our lawyers have years of legal representations experience. In addition to being licensed in California, Attorney Liang also holds Master Degree of Business Administration from University of Utah. She also worked for years for multi-national companies as in house counsel so or years of she is capable of thinking in businesses owners’ shoes. That’s why we have been effectively communicating with and successfully representing businesses clients.

Our lawyers speak English, Chinese (Both Mandarin and Cantonese) and Spanish. We are capable to communicate with clients in their comfort zone and make sure their facts are fully understood.
