Intent to Revoke CR Visa

Client hired travel agency to apply I-130 for his wife overseas, thinking it is a matter of filing a form and marriage certificate is sufficient to prove their marriage status. Upon interview at the co ... nsulate, the wife could not answer certain questions to the satisfaction of consulate officer. Thus the case was returned and USCIS issue Intent to Revoke. The client hired us to save his case.
