Uncaring, Dismissive Attorney
I called for consultation from this Attorney which was referred to me by a non-profit organization. Before I got half way through of the reasons I needed legal representation, he dismissed me. I presented a case in which my current landlord that I paid $5,000 to 3 weeks ago, refused to fix heating i...
This person was not a client but someone looking for free advise, which she refused to accept when she received it. There is no point in asking for an attorney's advise when you are going to reject it anyway. I have been doing this 36 years and can answer most questions within 10 minutes. You may not always be happy with the answer, but sometimes you have to accept reality.

Bad experience
I asked for a consultation, and before I complete my questions he said I don't know.

Very mediocre lawyer
I won't never forget that terrible nightmare. Two years ago, I was his client and the above lawyer wrote the worst settlement somebody could write and mentioned to me that I should not hesitate to sign it. Since I am not a lawyer I signed it. That lawyer was not returning calls and emails for lack of...
Her case settled by agreement and the tenant moved out as agreed.

Bad and unethical lawyer

On the day of the initial consultation he requested the double of the amount of his retainer he had initially proposed to me stating that the best cour...
As stated, I spent 4 hours with the tenant. The tenant's retainer was sent back less only 2 hours of time.
"Mr. Johnson is a true expert in landlord-tenant law. He is highly knowledgeable and a fountain of information. I endorse him without reservation."
"Top notch attorney, who provides excellent legal service and successful representation. I happily endorse this lawyer."
"I endorse this lawyer.I endorse this lawyer. A highly skilled and respected lawyer in the legal community."
"I endorse this lawyer. Even though we have been on opposite sides of several cases, I respect this lawyer's professionalism, directness and willingness to negotiate in his clients best interest."
