I have a long track record of successful results for clients in the areas of trademark infringement, contract disputes, breaches of fiduciary duties, partnership disputes, financial fraud, trade secrets and non-competition agreements, defamation, and other business disputes. I've also represented corporate directors and officers facing government and internal investigations.

As a former criminal prosecutor, I have considerable investigation and first-chair courtroom experience, including jury trials, bench trials, pre-trial hearings, and grand jury presentments.
