Andres Alfredo Munoz

I represent clients in business, intellectual property, and employment disputes, in state and federal court and in arbitration. For 20 years, I've advised and litigated for domestic and international clients through all phases of a case, from initial investigation through trial or resolution.

My practice centers on trademark infringement, contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duty, partnership disputes, financial fraud, trade secrets and non-competition agreements, and defamation. On the employment side, I handle discrimination and EEOC matters, restrictive covenant disputes, and other workplace claims for both employers and employees. I've also represented corporate directors and officers facing government and internal investigations.

Before entering private practice, I was a criminal prosecutor, which gave me first-chair courtroom experience in jury trials, bench trials, pre-trial hearings, and grand jury presentments. That background shapes how I approach every case: build the record early, know the facts better than the other side, and be ready to try teh case it if it comes to that.
