I got arrested for DIU and thought that my driving and clean record days were over. Thanks to Mr. Haber and a good lesson learned - it all turned out ok. During our first meeting we went over my paperwork, he was very thorough explaining what everything meant (being the first time that I had been ...arrested I was extremely ignorant to it all) and gave me different scenarios of how my case could be handled. I immediately felt confident and comfortable that he would get me out of the pickle I was in. He followed up constantly and was always prompt to respond if I ever had any questions. The case wasn't an easy one given my previous driving record and LSA charge. However, he managed to get me out of it with my dignity intact and a lessened charge of reckless driving. I would recommend him time and time again! Sidenote - if you take his advice, follow his instructions and keep a positive attitude it all goes by easily. Don't think of community service as a burden, think of things you are passionate about and you are bound to find a way to fulfill hours in that sector.

Attorney Michael Haber is excellent. I emailed him for advice about a traffic ticket and he responded within 2 hours which is not something that many attorneys do.
