Fantastic attorney!!!
Mr. Haber made my driving on a suspended license for the 5th time go away. He got the case dismissed and did an amazing job. He also made the ordeal hassle free. Lastly, he is working on getting my license back. He did all these things for a very reasonable price!
Ty Taylor.... Just to be clear your case was a Felony for being a Habitual Traffic Offender. (Memo to the Folks: If you have been charged as a HTV/HTO in FL then you face a maximum 5 year prison sentence. Please do not discount the fact that your DWLS can become a significantly bigger problem. In Fl you can be designated a "HTO" (habitual traffic offender) for racking up 3 DWLS's, and, once "habitualized" you not only earn a five (5) year driver license revocation but your next one (your fourth - 4th) subjects you to felony prosecution and five (5) years in state prison.) I'm sorry for the digression Taylor and thanks for your indulgence... That said I am very happy that you are a satisfied customer. You will be eligible for a hardship (BPO - business purposes only) license shortly. Please do not drive until then, and afterward please be extremely attentive to the driving restrictions. We dodged a major bullet this time and, unfortunately, the odds are that we likely won't be so lucky again.

Got more than my $$$'s worth
I had an old felony arrest from 1997 that I decided to expunge in 2015. I searched the web and found Mike Haber's YouTube webisode on expunging cases in Florida and then I saw his AVVO's legal guide, which is why I called him. He did a great, thorough job. Got more than my $$$'s worth!
I appreciate little more than praise for a job well done, BUT the facts that you were impressed with my YouTube Webisode series and that you read my AVVO Legal Guide are two such things. Ironically it was answering AVVO questions that prompted the YouTube Webisodes. After answering more than 6,000 questions on AVVO (note that I have presently answered about 7,200) and seeing patterns (many of the same issues pop up with consistently) I decided to make and publish simple, personal video answers to these questions. Unlike many of my AVVO answers (and certainly my AVVO Legal Guides) which tend to be longer winded, at present I have 45 short (I try to keep them at about the 1 minute mark) YouTube Webisodes, with many more planned (** please note that I also encourage folks to submit questions which I will happily address in future Webisodes). It is super encouraging to know that you found one, watched it, that it was helpful to you and that it prompted you to contact me so as to resolve your (way old) legal issue.

Dear Antionette, Ty for your kind words. Tavaughn also posted a wonderful review for me and I would like to share with you what I told him... I could not possibly have done my job without his painstaking effort. He was patient, responsible and, most importantly, followed my instructions to the letter. I explained to him that there were 2 things that I need of him, that they sounded simple but that they were anything but simple. 1) Do what you are supposed to do (when and how you are supposed to do it) and 2) Do not do anything that you are not supposed to do. Because your son followed my instructions to the letter, and as he did so over the course of 10+ months, I was able to secure the result that we achieved. To be honest with you, we could resurrect Abe Lincoln, Clarence Darrow, John Adams and even Johnny Cochran, roll them all up into one "super-lawyer" and, without Tavaughn's painstaking effort, they'd've come up short. So, thank you, and you're welcome, and make sure to give your son the props that he himself earned.
