Request for Info
Mr. Haber was amazingly responsive, kind, appeared genuine in his response and questions. He attempted to be as helpful as possible, especially with the fact that he does not reside in my state. I believe he is an excellent attorney, knowledgeable, responsive, kind, and effective. I would recommen...
Dear Stacey. Thank you so much for your unsolicited kind words. So that the folks understand, I had answered your question on AVVO and you followed up by sending me a few e-mails seeking more detailed and specific advise and information. Because you are in MN with several serious MN issues, and as I know nothing of MN law or procedure, I was unable to provide you with concrete and legally sound advise. We were able to intelligently volley around various concepts, thoughts, ideas and suggestions, but all were qualified by the fact that you must seek, and that I must defer to, advise from a proximate and licensed MN lawyer. Regardless, and as always, this exchange was accomplished both with great pleasure and without any expectation for a quid pro quo (i.e. I didn't anticipate your kind review and recommendation... but I accept it humbly and gratefully). So, thank you again. Once again, your comment is proof positive that some good deeds do go unpunished. :-) Wishing you the best of luck and success. Fondly, MAH/Esq”

Don't think twice, this is the Man
Michael Adam Haber, Thank you again for all your help. Your professionalism and thoroughness is greatly admired. I will definitely recommend you to my friends if they ever need legal help. Khaled A S.
Dear Khaled. Thank you very much for your kind words. Just so the folks know, I answered your question on AVVO and you followed up by sending me an e-mail seeking more detailed and specific information. I advised you that I would need personal information to look up your case, you sent it, I look, diagnosed your situation and provided you with both a full accounting and all of the guidance that I could furnish. Our back and forth occurred over the course of a day, was accomplished with pleasure and without any expectation for a quid pro quo (i.e. I didn't anticipate your kind review and recommendation... but I accept it humbly and gratefully). So, thank you again. This is proof that some good deeds do go unpunished. :-) Wishing you luck and success. Fondly, MAH/Esq

Great Lawyer!
Michael is straight forward and helps you throughout the whole process. He replies very quickly to my text messages and is available to meet whenever you need too. He knows his industry very well and will help you achieve what you are looking for.
Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your direct, succinct and kind review. As you know (and for the benefit of other folks who may read this), when you hire a lawyer you are entering into a relationship, and like any relationship, open and honest lines of communication are essential. I pledge to keep my clients fully informed right from the start (discussing what's happened, what's happening and what events - including how and why - I plan on occurring prospectively) by providing the client with copies of all exhibits in the case, forwarding, cc'ing or bcc'ing them on all correspondence and being readily (albeit reasonably) available to the client (through my office, on my cell - by text or call, through my website, by email, on Facebook, through my YouTube channel and even vis-a-vis Twitter) to field questions and to provide answers (noting that this continues even after the case has closed). I am glad that you had a positive enough experience with me to have authored this, my 122nd 5-star AVVO client review. Going into each case I tell prospective client's that, apart from achieving their specific litigation objective, is my personal goal to earn their positive client review at the conclusion of the case. It is no mistake that I intentionally use the word "earn" as I am painfully aware that you almost certainly will neither take the time not expend the effort at taking praise to pen (more accurately taking fingers to keyboard) unless I have come through and performed precisely as I had promised. That said, thank you again, I wish you the best and I remind you that I am always available should you or yours require my services. Fondly, MAH/Esq.

Outstanding Criminal Defense Attorney
From the first phone call to the Judges decision we knew we had finally found a lawyer that will FIGHT for your rights. This is a no nonsense guy who works hard for YOU giving of his time, expertise and experience. Shall I say SHARK! There is blood in the water! THIS MAN KNOWS THE LAW and will put ...
Thank you Linda. Your husband's case was completely bumbled and, dare I say, incompetently handled, by his prior lawyer. It's tragic... almost as tragic as the p*ss poor police performance which resulted in his unlawful arrest. Fortunately, a relatively quick view of the locus in quo (sorry... "the crime scene") + a walk-through demonstration + a top-tier private investigator (who generated a digital recreation) + a comprehensive understanding of Florida's "Stand Your Ground" / self-defense law led to a rapid evidentiary hearing and a favorable ruling dismissing the case. But... you and your husband's continued belief, cooperation and understanding were clutch. In this case I engineered a "flank approach" to the case, and you helped by funding, organizing and seeing to fruition my vision. In the end we all did our jobs, and justice was served. Criminal defense lawyering is a team effort. I have a top-tier and irreplaceable partner and an extremely reliable and talented investigator, but both are worth a fraction of their weight without a client (and his wife) who serve as the glue that keeps it all together. So I thank you for your kind words, I thank you for your unwavering commitment to helping me to help your family precisely as I outlined it (even when you didn't understand the why of it or necessarily want to do as I asked) and, most importantly, I thank you for being you. Through this ordeal (a 3 month power-through session) we spent a great deal of time with one another. As proud as I am of the job that the we accomplished together I am even prouder to call you and your husband my friends. Earnestly and Humbly, MAH/Esq

Best advice I have received
I received some free advice from Michael and he was extremley detailed to answering my question. Its nice to know there are lawyers like this. Would reccomend him to anyone.
Dear Anonymous, Without knowing what you asked I have no idea who you are but I thank you for your unsolicited review. One downside to being an AVVO participating lawyer is that it is oftentimes a thankless job (well, at least this is true for lawyer's like me, who choose to offer complete answers without blowing sunshine up people's pant legs and instead telling them the truth about their situation and offering practical advise), and this holds especially true here on AVVO, where I have taken the time to answer more than 13,000 questions and to field hundreds and hundreds (if not thousands) of follow-up emails and phone calls. Many folks press the "helpful" button (I thank each of them for doing so) some folks hit the "Best Answer" button (and I thank them as well), but precious few, like you, actually go the distance and write a few words for the public to read (and for folks like you I am both humbled and especially grateful). Again, I do not know who you are, what you asked or just how far I went in providing you an answer, but I have to assume that it was meaningful. So, I am delighted that I was able to help, I am proud to have earned your review and, perhaps most importantly, other's will benefit from your praise (because this is what recharges my batteries to continue to dedicate my time, effort and energy on AVVO). Wishing you and yours the best. Fondly, MAH/Esq
