Professional and Knowledgable
Michael Haber is truly a professional in many ways - he was on every issue. As an out of state parent it was a pleasure to have him represent our son. No one wants to get to the point In life where you need legal representation for a family situation. Thank God there are people like Mike who know wh...
Dear Brian, Thank you very much for you kind words. I felt your pain when we spoke. Your son was initially unrepresented and you were 1,000 miles away. Having a boy of my own (and having served in this capacity for many similarly situated parents) I was well aware that you absolutely needed to know - to be 1,000% secure - that your boy would be in competent, caring and capable hands. I am honored that you permitted mine to be those hands and I am elated that we were able to knock your son's case out of the court system (literally). I wish you and your son (and the rest of your family) the best of luck and success, and I thank you again for both your leap of faith and for your after-the-fact praise. Fondest wishes, MAH/Esq

Fantastic Lawyer
I would highly recommend Michael Haber as an attorney. He is very efficient and intelligent, and he knows the law. He represented me in a case that had me very worried, and he prevailed. I thank him very much. I have a lot of confidence in him.
Thank you for your kind review Richard. You hired me in the very end of January, 2017 I informed you that there was a 90 day speedy trial window in your case and promised to wrap it up before May, 2017. You were extremely concerned and I consistently reassured you that our plan - the plan that we painstakingly hashed out and agreed to before you hired me - would work. And it did. We peppered the State with motions, forcing them to take a continuance, we were set for trial yesterday (which was day #90), we were in Court, on time, with our witnesses, ready to take the State to the mattresses, and one of the State's witnesses was late. The Prosecutor groveled, the Judge gave the State an extra 5 minutes and when their witness still was not yet in the courtroom the Judge denied another continuance to the State, effectively forcing a dismissal of your case. Sometimes it's only a chess game and other times it's no game at all; but in your case (as in all cases that I am counsel), more than a quarter century of experience affords us the ability to A) play the game masterfully and B) have a rock solid contingency plan in place, being ready for full blown Braveheart-esque battle. Congratulations my friend. Thanks for your leap of faith. Wishing you and your mom all the best. Fondly, MAH/Esq.

Fair, straight forward and clear!
Mr Haber was fair, straight forward and clear from the beginning. He set the right expectation from the beginning and also quoted a fair rate. Very glad he represented me in front of the court system. I highly recommend his services!
Thank you anonymous. I wish that I could offer some more insight into our relationship (naturally without disclosing any identifying details) but you have covered your tracks quite well and are truly anonymous, even to me. Regardless, I appreciate both your time in posting a 5-Star review and the props for my honesty, integrity, reasonableness, responsibility and straight-forwardness. Those characteristics are among my top goals, apparently, I achieved them in your case and I can't hope for much more. Wishing you all of the best in luck and success and thanking you again. Fondly, MAH/Esq

Thankful I Hired Him
I just hired Michael Haber to assist me with a serious legal issue. Ever since I was arrested this past week, I've been reeling mentally and emotionally. I was scrambling calling a bunch of different legal services/lawyers and was stressed with finding someone I felt comfortable representing...
Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your kind words. I truly appreciate your recognition every bit as much as you apparently appreciate my business model and work ethic. While I remind you that we have just begun this journey, I am certain, for my part, that the positive experience that you've enjoyed thus far will continue (i.e. I will always field your calls, reply to your texts and emails, answer your questions, keep you informed of the status of your case, ask for your input when appropriate, do my best to be patient and understanding - after all you are the one who is going through trauma... I am just doing my job - and in so doing I am striving to deliver precisely what I promised you at the get go: personalized and boutique criminal defense representation). I only hope that AVVO will let you post another review at the end of your case, so that you can share similar grateful and warm words, albeit as a fully satisfied client with a closed case. Thanking you again. Fondly, MAH/Esq

Case dismissed!! Thank you Mike!!!
While traveling back to Arkansas from the Keys I was stopped by the Miccosukee tribal police and charged with reckless driving, a CRIMINAL traffic offense requiring a court appearance in Miami-Dade county. I desperately called about 3 attorneys with positive AVVO reports late on a Friday afternoon a...
Dear Bill, I could not be prouder than to have received your review. Real life feedback such as yours (1) from a tourist, 2) who reached out to multiple qualified lawyers, 3) who was comforted after speaking with me, 4) who acknowledges my availability, my ability, desire and willingness to communicate with my client and 5) who avers that I truly say what I will do and then do precisely what I said that I would do, without making excuses or passing the buck) is heartfelt praise in it's highest form. This is who I am and what I have crafted HaberPA to be: A "Boutique" Criminal, DUI & BUI Defense Litigation Law Firm. For nearly 26 years (since 1991) I have made it my professional goals to: A) to be honest and realistic about litigation objectives; B) to be fair in regard to fees; C) to be consistently available and responsive to the client (in person, by phone call, text, email, and through Facebook. Twitter, YouTube and otherwise); D) to keep the client fully informed; and E) to secure positive feedback and a 5-star client review at the conclusion of each case. I am proud to once again be able to say "Mission Accomplished" in your case. Thanking you and wishing you all of the best in luck and success. Fondly, MAH/Esq
