Thorough and Knowledgable

Mike recently represented me and I am incredibly happy with Mr. Haber's knowledge and professionalism. From our first conversation through the closing of the proceedings Mike was always there when I needed him, answered every question that I had, and steered me through the Byzantine process that I wa...s in. I would advise any individual looking for representation to contact Mike Haber.

Dear Brendan, Yes, that "Byzantine process"... I love the reference. Not only its the term underused but it's wholly appropriate. (For the benefit of others who may not know, "Byzantine complexity" refers to anything that is so overly and unnecessarily complex as to be beyond understanding, and that is an oftentimes apt description of the criminal court process... sometimes even for counsel but especially from the perspective of a lay-person.) With that slight aside, apart from achieving the agreed litigation objective on behalf of the Client it is always my personal goal to to earn a positive client review at the conclusion of the case (and I always tell the client as much right from the very first conversation, knowing that I will do all in my power to in fact have earned it when the case closes), and I am delighted to have earned your rave client review (# 144 for #HaberPA on AVVO). But you also need to give yourself some props... I may have steered the ship but you were the proverbial crew. Had you not helped me to help you (by doing what you were asked to do - how and when it was to be done - and, more importantly, by NOT doing anything that you were not supposed to do during the course of the case) then you may not be such a grateful client (albeit through no fault of mine). In the end it seems that we're each smiling, and I'm both grateful and humbled. Wishing you and yours all the best for the holiday season and beyond, and thanking you again (both for the initial leap of faith and for the follow-up kind review). Fondly, MAH/Esq.

Outstanding

Exceptional lawyer with outstanding view that can really help those who need consultants. I recommend him for any case in Florida or even outside the state or the country

Thank you James. I greatly appreciate your strong vote of confidence in me but I only practice law in Florida, not in any other State and definitely not out of the country. Still, I love your choice in adjectives ("exceptional" and "outstanding") and I never shy away from praise. I am very glad that I was able to help you and I wish you and yours a happy and a healthy Thanksgiving. Fondly, MAH/Esq

Very excellent

I really didn’t have any hope at first with Michael I was a little worried he was so confident and assertive and I thought he wasn’t hearing me but he was , he always had positive real facts no bullshit or beating around the bush he kept it 100% all the way through and I think him for that , the resu...lts were phenomenal and I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer.

Dear Kethia, So that the folks understand (a little context), you had contacted me from several hundred miles away to help you with your significant other (who is an already convicted felon) who was in custody in Miami, having just been arrested on 2 new serious felony charges and 2 new criminal traffic misdemeanors, all of which violated his existing felony probation, which had a "no bond" provision, as well as an already pending felony probation warrant (also having a no bond provision for a series of prior probation violations) as well as 2 other bench warrants from 2015 criminal traffic cases. Your S/O was going no where (not quickly anyhow) and you and I had a communication's roller-coaster in regards to the reality of his situation (those being that the evidence in the new cases - both felony and criminal traffic - was rock solid and the fact that the probation violations were a veritable slam dunk for the State, subjecting your S/O to 10 years in state prison in a literal matter of moments, and that not even beginning to address the many years that he faced on the new substantive charges) versus your expectations and wishes. But I had a plan, a solid plan, your S/O was on board and to your credit you (not without a few highly contentious moments) ultimately kept taking those necessary leaps of faith forward with me. Long story short, less than 6 weeks later we reached a global resolution with the State, closing all of your S/O's matters (everything), and we did so by beating the litigation objective that I had set (which itself would have been considered a "victory" by any criminal defense lawyer's standards) by a solid 25%. In the end your S/O will be home by the start of summer, with neither any obligation nor tie to the system and with every option to live his life with his family without worrying about probation, parole, police or prosecutors. From day one I promised you that I would never blow sunshine up your skirt, that I would always shoot straight with you, that if you had some faith and patience it would all work out (as best it possibly could) and that my secondary goal (the primary being to do the best job that I could do for your S/O) was to earn ("earn") your positive client review. Reading your review (and my reply) the folks now know that I kept my promise (as I always do). Thank you again for your direct and succinct review. This is one that I am particularly proud of. Thanking you very much and offering my fondest wishes to you and yours. MAH/Esq

Attorney Mike Haber is one of a kind.

After hiring a lawyer who turned out to be unfit for my case, I turned to AVVO and searched for a lawyer with many positive reviews. That's when I came across Mike Haber. After watching his YouTube videos, I decided to give him a call. We met on a Saturday right outside his sons Karate school. Af...ter our first meeting, it was clear that he'd be the right lawyer for my case. Dedicated, ambitious, and aggressive, Mike takes the time to explain everything clearly. I was amazed the first time walking into court with him, he was able to have me in and out of the courtroom within 5 minutes. Avoided a felony conviction in my case. I would definitely recommend him to anyone facing criminal charges.

Dear Brandon, That was an epic review. You hit so many salient points but I want to touch on one in particular (with a brief shout out on another at the end): Over the years I have inherited more and more cases from clients who have been victimized by their alleged legal counsel. While I always give 100% to my clientele (for instance, not unlike an old school family doctor, I am more than happy to arrange to meet you STAT - be it on a Saturday outside of my son's Kung Fu classes, or at Dunkin Donuts or at your home or your place of work or pretty much anywhere, anytime that's mutually convenient) I go even further, trying to give 110% to those clients who have hired me after firing a a snake oil salesmen in a suit who shafted them during a pending criminal prosecution. It is unfortunate that my time honored profession is now riddled with so many folks who make used car salesmen look good (some being experts at little more than creating bogus profiles which inaccurately depict themselves as being elite, others who once were something but no longer put forth the time and effort to be effective and then, sadly, there are simply incompetent counsel who's only contribution to a case is collecting a retainer fee) but I am - #HaberPA is - always happy to serve as a clean up batter, slugging and slamming an otherwise botched case back into contention. You had that experience and I am thrilled to have been both given the honor and opportunity to, and then to actually have been able to, responsibly resolve your case in such as way as to leave you a most satisfied customer. The other thing is that I wanted to mention is to thank you for the props on #HaberPA's VideoFAQ / YouTube Webisode channel (which you can see and subscribe to at the following link: https://www.youtube.com/c/michaelhaberlaw ). At present we have 222 Criminal Defense, DUI, BUI, Domestic Violence, Crime Victim's Rights and Seal & Expunge VideoFAQ / Webisodes, each of which I hope is informative, entertaining and brief - about 2 minutes long - and I am constantly scripting and filming more. Knowing that these factored into your decision to retain #HaberPA is beyond heartwarming. Thank you again for your kind review. Best wishes (and Happy Thanksgiving) to you and yours! Fondly, MAH/Esq

Excellent

Mr. Haber, went into a extremely detailed, time consuming reply and answer. I couldn't ask for better!

Dear Greg, Thank you for your kind time, effort and energy in authoring a 5-star client review. You are the 140th person to do so for me. While I greatly appreciate each and every one it's especially heartwarming to read praise from someone that I do not have a true relationship with, having only spent moments (maybe an hour) answering a question on AVVO and then following up by way of e-mails and a phone call. Usually I earn a review after weeks, months (sadly) sometimes years of working together toward a common end. Still, like my mother taught me, it's the little things that matter most, and so I am happy to take the time to explain things, to provide guidance and to offer an opinion when I can, even if it does not result in being retained. Thanking you again and wishing you and yours the best of luck and success. Fondly, MAH/Esq
