He's outstanding
I would definitely recommen Mr.Haber for anyone's case. He helped me tp understand my fathers situation clearly and I am just 14 years old. If he was to be my dads lawyer I know he would do an outstanding job
Dear Sudan-Eden, Thank you so much for taking a moment to share your experience with me with the folks. Your parents have obviously done a fine job in raising a smart, caring, conscientious and good-hearted young person. I am sorry that I cannot represent your father but I was very happy to take the time to explain things to you. As the father of a 12 y/o boy myself I was even happier to know that you were out there, doing what you could to try to help your dad. Your parents should be quite proud of the young adult that they have raised (and you should be proud of yourself). I wish your dad the best of luck in his case, as well as health and happiness to your family for the new year. Fondly, MAH/Esq

Best possible outcome
Never in my worst nightmares would I consider that I would need criminal representation. I was lost in a system I was unfamiliar with. I interviewed multiple attorneys and based on only a hunch picked one with real showmanship flair. That was a huge mistake and costly one at that. It became very clea...
Dear Nick, What can I say other than thank you. Your words are heartfelt, sentimental and more meaningful than I can express. So that the folks who are reading this understand, you spent a small fortune on a toothless tiger - a lawyer who took your case, your money and then tried to plead your case out (over a 10 month period while you sat, suspended from work, without pay and while your wife worked double shifts to compensate for your loss of income). You came to me by way of a personal referral on a complete fluke and we quickly determined that you had been wrongfully - and unlawfully - arrested by cops who had manufactured a bogus case against you to cover their own a**es (and for no reason more than that you had the temerity to both - literally - stand your ground and then verbally call them out on their lack of professionalism, training and respect). You were in the right in the moment, and when the State Attorney doubled-down on the officer's BS story, well the Judge formally ruled that you were in the right in the end too, granting you statutory immunity from prosecution and literally booting the case out of her courtroom. Me, I just did my job. I identified the problem, came up with a plan to remedy it and then did so with extreme prejudice (and inside of 3 months). You had the harder job of keeping your cool, coming to truly believe that while you were the Defendant on paper in reality you were the victim (first of unwarranted police aggression and then of a snake-oil salesman in a suit who effectively robbed and falsely imprisoned you), taking the witness stand with complete confidence in your victim-status, offering testimony in your own defense and doing all this knowing that if your lawyer got it wrong then you could be going to prison. It's a very difficult thing to do... to face the police and the prosecution, to put your freedom, your liberty, your very life in another's hands, and while I appreciate your praise and thanks, in this light it is I who should be thanking you. You took several leaps of faith, first in calling me, then in firing your obtuse lawyer "with real showmanship flair" so as to bring me on board and finally in trusting me to get you immunity from prosecution - and for all of that and more I thank you. After the war that we went through together you and your wife (and Bailey - your Labrador Retriever) are family. I just want to add that as much as I want to take credit it must be spread as my partner and my investigator were, as they always are, absolutely invaluable. I wouldn't accomplish 1/2 of what I do with out them (especially my partner). And a special shout out to you wife who was a rock for all of us (most especial you). I'm looking forward to seeing the three of you over the holidays. All the best, Mike

YES FOR MICHAEL!!!
Michael is totally professional, thorough and confident. He was able to consolidate past and present cases and at the end have a victory outcome. He was prompt at returning phone calls and emails and thoroughly explaining the process and procedures involving the criminal justice system. I am very gra...
Dear Alex, There may be a second career for you as a publicist. Yours is a perfectly succinct statement of precisely what #HaberPA strives to accomplish. Our representation goals are: A) to be honest and realistic about litigation objectives; B) to be fair in regard to fees; C) to be consistently available and responsive (in person, by phone call, text, email, Facebook. Twitter, through YouTube and otherwise); D) to keep the client fully informed about the case (including providing timely copies of all materials in the case); and E) to earn positive feedback in the form of a written client review at the conclusion of the case. I am glad that your cases were globally resolved to your satisfaction and I am elated that I was able to do so in such a manner as to earn your outstanding client review. Thanking you and wishing you and yours a happy and a healthy holiday season! Fondly, MAH/Esq.

Historic sexual assault
I called Mr Haber with some pretty vague yet differcult for me questions from the UK today about a sexual assault that was done to me 30 years ago, not only did he take the time to speak to me personally, he gave me straight answers to my questions, made a lot of my questions clearer. I really apprec...
Dear Anonymous, Thank you so very much for taking the time to share your experience with the folks, especially considering the extremely personal nature of your situation. For the benefit of those who may read this, you had asked a question about the statute of limitations (SOL) on sexual battery (rape) cases in FL, which I answered online, prompting a follow-up telephone call from across the pond. While we spoke for quite a while the bulk of our conversation had little to do with the SOL and much more to do with the practical realities of what you could expect if you report a sexual battery (initially from the police and, if a charge was levied, then also from the State Attorney, the defense lawyer and possibly even the press), and we discussed some very personal issues, including familial concerns. I was able to have this conversation with you because for 26+ years I have not only served as a criminal defense lawyer in hundreds and hundreds of cases (including a variety of sex related offenses) but I have also represented many crime victims in the capacity of a "Victim's Rights Advocate". In FL victims of crime have both Constitutional and statutory rights and, sometimes, when the police, the prosecutor and / or the Court just won't listen, a given victim wants a lawyer to make sure that their thoughts, feelings and wishes are heard and given due consideration (in short - making sure that the victim's rights are not trampled by a sometimes cold and oftentimes impersonal system). I know that you have much more information after speaking with me and, whatever decision you make, I am confident that it will be the right decision for you and yours. Thank you again for your kind review. Wishing you luck, happy holidays and very much looking forward to meeting you when you visit FL. Fondly, MAH/Esq.

Michael A. Harber defended me on a Charge on 4/28/17 this past year. From the moment I called Michael in tears . He spoke with me for almost 3 hours on the next steps we both needed to take to tackle this charge. He was so on top of me with getting things done and making sure to keep me very updates ...
Dear Anonymous, Some clients need a little more hand holding than others, and I'm usually willing to put in the extra effort. A collateral consequence to my doing so is that my ancillary dedication usually forges a closer bond than that which would naturally occur in the average attorney-client relationship. And so it was in your case. Still, I find it kind of ironic that I am " so on top of" the client "with getting things done and making sure to keep me very updates minute by minute", yet I apply no pressure whatsoever to compel a client review at the conclusion of the case (ergo some 4 months having passed since your case concluded and your client review was submitted)... but there is a reason. Each of my client reviews are 100% genuine, are authored in the client's own words and are submitted because the client chose to do so (and naturally also because I have "earned" it). That said, now knowing the date you are not Anonymous to me, and I ask that you please accept my gratitude for your "better late then never" review. Wishing you and yours all the best, especially during the holiday season. Fondly, MAH/Esq
