Mike and his team helped me get out of a difficult time

When I had my incident with the Police, I really imagined it was all going to be down hill from there. I was arrested by a rookie police who knocked on my window while I was parked and thought I was a vagrant. After blowing 0.00 and still being arrested, I had to deal with an officer who spent the ni...ght apologizing for his actions, and a 24 hour stint in Miami-Dade Lockup. I was an anxious mess during this time, and Michael was always able to answer my multitude of questions and calm me down over issues that were out of my hands. Post trial and now with his efforts to get my record expunged, everything is going really well for me. And it would be remiss of me not to mention that everything was completed in less time than Mike estimated, which was great to get the burden off my back.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you very much for authoring #HaberPA's 194th Client Review. Christopher Llyod / Dr. Emmett "Doc" Brown, Robert Downey, Jr. / Tony Stark and the crews of the various generations of the USS Enterprise NCC-1701-1701E not withstanding, until someone actually develops time travel no lawyer can erase the historical facts of your detention, arrest, booking and prosecution. BUT (caps intentional) #HaberPA can (and will) address (and seek redress for) any improprieties which may have occurred before we became involved, ensure that you are treated fairly from that point in time and forward, and then move Heaven and Earth to vindicate you (by beating or mitigating your case) and restore your good name (in some cases, like yours, by expunging the matter from all publicly accessible records). #HaberPA has had many "taglines" over the years (e.g. "from traffic to trafficking", "it's all about reasonable doubt", "UPx2" [lawyer-up and shut-up], etc) but as veteran criminal defense counsel (with 28+ years of criminal defense experience) we also provide a de facto public service by "schooling rookie cops [and prosecutors]", leaving them with proverbial Ph.D.s at the conclusion of a case (and thereby, hopefully, helping them to be better at their respective jobs). I'm both honored by your praise and grateful for the opportunity to have been of assistance and I wish you and yours a happy, healthy and prosperous holiday season. All the best, MAH/Esq

Dear Anonymous, Thank you very much for authoring and publishing #HaberPA's 193rd Client Review on AVVO. You chose not to disclose anything about the nature and circumstances of the case, I absolutely respect your decision to have done so and as such I will restrict my reply to your observations about the "boutique" nature of #HaberPA's professional services (which is something that I take great personal pride in providing). Rather than requiring you (or other prospective clients) to coordinate your family to get together, battle South Florida traffic, trek to an office building, suffer parking hassles and incur all of the dreadful side-effects of securing a comprehensive and meaningful legal consultation, like an old-world doctor I am happy to make a house-call (i.e. to come to you, at you convenience) and engage in an extensive and thorough discussion the facts and circumstances of the case in an environment which is as comfortable and convenient to you as is possible. Once we have both completed our discussion (no matter how long it may take to do so) and reached a litigation objective (i.e. a foreseeable and reasonably achievable goal in the case) I will ooze confidence, maintain unwavering support, tenaciously work toward realizing our end game and continuously provide updates and information in real time (or, as you so aptly said I will engage in "hard work, dedication, professionalism and honesty"). During our first discussions I always advise prospective clients that "my goals in your case are three-fold: 1) To perform precisely as I have promised, 2) to always be available to you and 3) to earn (by way of #'s 1 and 2) your positive client review at the successful conclusion of your case", so when a client takes the time and expends the effort to post a client review (as you have done) I can take great pride (as I do now). I thank you again and wish your family a happy, healthy and prosperous holiday season. Gratefully, MAH/Esq.

Amazing excellent kind

First I would like to thank Michael Adam Harber I just finished loosing my grandpa and was really sad. I was on my way to my cousins house when I was stopped by the police. Well I was wrongly arrested and immediately called my mother and she got in contact with Mr Harber per a recommendation by a fr...iend. He has been attentive to my case and immediately took action he was able to have my criminal case dropped. Through out my ordeal he would email me text me of everything that that was happening giving me step bu step of what was needed. I am truly grateful to have such a great, experience lawyer by my side.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you so much for taking the time share your experience with #HaberPA with the folks (in the form of our 192nd AVVO Client Review). There is never a "good" or convenient time to be arrested, but in your case the timing was absolutely tragic (e.g. in fresh familial grief and right before the holiday season where that pain is especially strong). Moreover the circumstances were preposterous. While your arrest was technically lawful the situation was both capable of simple explanation and of resolution without arrest (or at least it could have been so had you been stopped by a veteran municipal cop instead of a State Trooper with an inferiority complex). Regardless, there's an old law enforcement adage that says "you might beat the rap but you won't beat the ride", and that age old aphorism proved true in your case. You hired #HaberPA within a few days of your arrest, we promptly stitched together an irrefutable packet of materials for the filing prosecutor's consideration and took the unambiguous facts to the State Attorney after which the criminal charges (a felony and a misdemeanor) were "no actioned" (dismissed) at your Arraignment a mere 3 weeks after your arrest. We still have to deal with the 3 traffic citations that the nasty Statie tacked on and gave to you, but, compared to the criminal charges (and in light of their dismissal) these are proverbial hiccups (and you can rest assured that I'm looking forward to that cross-examination). That said I'm always proud to receive kudos for my attentiveness in receiving, reviewing and expeditiously replying to phone calls, texts and emails (that being one of the hallmarks of #HaberPA's "boutique" status) and for swiftly accomplishing the Client's litigation objective (even where doing so this rapidly ends up costing me legal fees because I beat the case before I got a chance to beat up on the case :-); and once again I am grateful for your kind time in authoring and submitting your review. I am deeply sorry for your loss and I wish you and your family peace, happiness, joy and prosperity during the holiday season and for the new year. Fondly, MAH/Esq

Dear Anonymous, As you've chosen not to share any of the substance of your situation with the folks I will honor your decision and not get into the meat and potatoes; rather, I will simply thank you for submitting your brief but quite to-the-point Client Review (this being #HaberPA's 191st on AVVO). Since 1991 #HaberPA has relentlessly provided creative, effective & zealous Criminal Defense, DUI, BUI, Domestic Violence, Crime Victim Rights & Seal & Expunge advocacy to the folks and our mission statement is to: A) provide honest & realistic litigation objectives; B) to quote and honor fair fees; C) to always be available & responsive; D) to keep you fully informed though out the course of the case; and by doing so E) to earn your positive client review at the conclusion of your case. I am both honored and proud to know that I went 5 for 5, having batted 1.000 in your case. Thank you again for submitting #HaberPA's 191st Client Review on AVVO! Wishing you all the best in luck and success. Fondly, MAH/Esq.

Knowledge and Experience

My daughter was involved in two situations with the same police officer ending in two felonies,a misdemeanor and two arrests. as a mother I was devastated. After contacting several lawyers and not getting clear answers from them, a friend of mine referred me to Haber's Law office. When I contacted t...he office of Michael Haber and he answered the phone directly I felt a lot of confidence and relief,he explained the situation to me clearly and the possibilities of fighting the cases and the outcome. Being the cases in Broward County we worked with Marc Morris partner at Haber's Law office,Excellent attorney as well, Two of the felonies were dismiss and we only dealt with the misdemeanor,it was a very successful outcome. Thank you Marc and Michael for your thoughtful planning and efforts to win these cases, you did an excellent job and gave us all the support to go through this difficult time of our lives. We recommend these lawyers 1000%.

Dear Ana, Congratulations on your daughter's hard-fought victory (outright beating one felony is tough enough, much less defeating two separate felony cases - the 2nd having been picked-up while out on bond for the 1st - plus a gratuitous misdemeanor... yes we can all take pride in that) and thank you very much for authoring #HaberPA's 190th Client Review on AVVO. Since 1991 #HaberPA has been providing boutique Criminal Defense, DUI, BUI, Domestic Violence, Crime Victim's Rights and Seal & Expunge advocacy primarily in SE Florida. Mechanically, and as the "face" of #HaberPA, I personally field the vast majority of initial client contact, but geographically Marc and I divvy up territory with me handling the day-to-day activities of our Miami-Dade and Monroe County cases and Marc handling the day-to-day activities of our Broward and Palm Beach County cases. "Handling the day-to-day activities" means appearing for ministerial matters and being the point person for the Court, the State Attorney's Office and for the Client (which avoids confusion), but when it comes to determining strategy and significant legal matters (e.g. Evidentiary Motions such as to Suppress, to Dismiss, Child Hearsay, Stand Your Ground, etc, the rare deposition - as a matter of fundamental strategy we generally do not take depositions - and of course when it comes time for trial) Marc and I appear in court together and work in tandem. Marc and I have each been practicing criminal lawyers for nearly 30 years (giving us nearly 60 years of combined experience which includes hundreds of trials and thousands of motions), and while we often times look at things through different prisms we also respect one another's wisdom and experience, which always inures to the Client's benefit (just as it did in your daughter's cases). Directly answering the phone (or responding to email or other internet generated inquiries), offering sufficient time and patience to the client (be s/he potential, new or existing), at least one of us always being personally available to any of #HaberPA's potential, new or existing clients (Marc and I intentionally do not vacation at the same time thus ensuring that one of us is always local and free to assist the Client with her / his needs) and regardless of which of us "takes point" in a given case, both Marc and I are proud in our consistency of being able to provide this sort of "boutique" representation to our clientele. Every time that I deliver a #HaberPA retainer agreement to a new client I include the following language: "I also want to reassure you that my goals in your case are three-fold: 1) To perform precisely as I have promised, 2) to always be available to you and 3) to earn (by way of #'s 1 and 2) your positive client review at the successful conclusion of your case." This is at the heart of #HaberPA's mission statement, Marc and I take great pride in always giving "1000%" to all of our client's and we are elated to have "earn[ed] (by way of #'s 1 and 2) your positive client review at the successful conclusion of your [daughter's] case". Congratulating you again on the victories, wishing your daughter all the best moving forward and thanking you for both your unwavering faith in our ability to accomplish the litigation objective and for following-through by posting this lovely #190 AVVO Client Review. Gratefully, MAH/Esq
