I was a little leery starting this process because the obvious disclaimers TicketFit provides make you feel like you might wind up paying legal fees AND getting ticket fees. I was wrong though. TicketFit won my case for running a red light. Frank made the process very clear and responded to my email...s when I questioned where my ticket was in the court queue. I wound up with no points, fees, or a conviction. The fees were entirely reasonable and the whole process was very professional. I would strongly recommend TicketFit!

Frank is the real deal. I did a great deal of research before choosing a traffic attorney to handle a couple of tickets I received and the impersonal nature of the huge ticket clinic companies didn't appeal to me. I felt as though they wouldn't have my best interests in mind and wouldn't work as hard... as the right attorney would because they deal in quantity, not quality. Plus, you get what you pay for - the other companies might be negligibly cheaper but I was confident from the first moment I consulted with Frank that my case would have a positive outcome. Long story short, I had received a red light ticket in the mail from when a friend had borrowed my car. However, I never received the ticket and didn't know my license was suspended until I was pulled over for an issue with my tags. The next thing I know, I'm being issued a ticket for driving with a suspended license and I couldn't even clear my license until I paid the absurd collections fee for the red light ticket (which at that point was well in excess of $400). Frank went to work and in a matter of days informed me that my license was clear, court requirements met, and I could go and reinstate it. I didn't have to pay a single fine for the red light ticket. On top of that, the suspended license ticket was dismissed - no fines, no points. I couldn't have imagined a better outcome; I had been able to reinstate my license and the end result was no fine for anything and no points. I highly recommend Frank if you're looking for a traffic attorney in the South Florida area. I live far from where he operates (Palm Beach County vs Dade) and I knew from the myriad positive reviews here and his demeanor that he would go to work for me. We never had to meet face-to-face (I wouldn't have wanted to drive down to Miami, but I do feel as though I owe him a beer) and he handled everything via email. I can't recommend Frank enough. I was going 75 in a 45 in Miami-Dade and I was so scared I was going to have to pay a $400 speeding ticket and get points on my license. This was my first ticket too, so it gave me even more anxiety. Thank You Frank. Frank got my 2 tickets dismissed. One of the tickets was a criminal offense of driving with a tag on a non registered car. I received no points, no traffic school, no court costs & no conviction will appear on my driving record. I was nervous using Frank because I never met him in ...person and I based using Frank on his ratings. All I can say based on my experience dealing with Frank is his reviews that are on the internet are true. He is pleasant to talk with and spent time on the phone with me, his low price to represent me and the best part was the results. It truly was a pleasure working with Frank. Like another client, I too was wrongfully issued a speeding ticket ...the worse kind - in a school zone. I contacted Frank afraid about the fees involved for this kind of ticket ($400+) .
