No se preocupen el abogado Frank Menéndez sabe como funciona ese negocio. Pasé en amarillo un semáforo a las 5 am llegando a mi casa del trabajo en un turno de noche. Un oficial afroamericano racista con hispanos me siguió, cuando me estaciono para entrar a mi casa me pone las luces, luego me dice si...n responder mi saludo "ID card" se toma su tiempo para revisar su data... no encuentra nada regresa y me dice "pasó la luz roja", le respondí no señor el último semáforo fue en amarillo y en tono desafiante reafirma "fue luz roja" todo en inglés, yo le respondo Ok. Disculpe, se va a su patrulla y trae el ticketb ya lo tenía hecho, eso nunca me había pasado y no sabia que era tan grave, mas de $300 dólares de multa, suspensión y puntos en la licencia, contacté a Ticketfit buscando en Internet, fue la mejor decisión, el primer mes me suspendieron la licencia, le escribí al abogado y lo resolvieron, después de 8 meses hace unos días tenía presentación en corte, les escribí preocupado por lo que tenía que responder y me dijeron Ud no necesita presentarse, eso lo hace el abogado y finalmente me dan la respuesta, caso desestimado sin pago de multas, sin escuela, sin puntos. Mil Gracias.

Very dishonest person. Do not hire him. Be careful. Updated to his response: I paid 800 dollars for legal representation but he would not answer my calls or give me advice me on what to do next. I tried to make an appointment to see him and seek legal counsel on the following days since they were ...very important . but he was always too busy and wanted to do everything by email and did not called me back. after ONLY two days I requested a refund due I had to find another lawyer to continue with my case. He ignored my following calls and email me it that these 800 dollars was not refundable.
