Frank is my favorite human. I drive a lot for work so it's inevitable that I'll end up with a few tickets. I send it to him and he handles it immediately! Frank is the real deal. I got pulled over for doing 15mph over the speed limit and the cop gave me a second ticket in the same stop because a video was playing on my phone - one that I was not watching - when he pulled me over!
