Le doy a este abogado una calificación de una estrella. No cumplió con lo pactado en mi caso de tráfico. Nunca se presentó en la corte y solo se comunicaba conmigo cuando lo amenazaba con subir mi reseña por todas las redes sociales. Contraté a este abogado para representar a mi hijo en un caso de... tráfico. Me dijo que tenía mucha experiencia en este tipo de casos y que podría conseguirle una reducción de la sentencia. Sin embargo, en la fecha de la audiencia, el abogado no se presentó. Y por eso motivo mi hijo esta arrestado . Intenté comunicarme con el abogado después de la audiencia, pero no respondía a mis llamadas ni correos electrónicos. Finalmente, lo amenacé con subir una reseña negativa a internet. Solo entonces se comunicó conmigo y me dijo que había tenido un problema personal que lo había impedido presentarse en la corte. No creo que esta sea una excusa válida. Un abogado tiene la responsabilidad de representar a sus clientes de manera profesional y competente. En este caso, el abogado no cumplió con su responsabilidad y, como resultado, mi hijo está preso. No recomiendo a este abogado a nadie. Es un profesional negligente y poco ético. Y el piensa que devolviendo el dinero todo quedo arreglado

He asked for quite reasonable fee to be paid upfront then went missing. No show at court, never advised court that he represents my case, never returned calls or send email response. Engages a clueless answering service guy who says nothing more than "the attorney will call you back. Seven months t...his attorney took money and no action made or even excuse offered for zero communication.

I called Frank at TicketFit after seeing these amazing reviews. My first thought was to call ticketclinic even though I've had a bad experience with them involving more court fees. So, I decided to give Mr. Menendez a try. I was really paranoid and stressed about a ticket I received for going 69 on 6...0 on the highway. When I called him he answered the phone right away and gave me the assurance and peace that he would take care of it. He charges a small fee of $79 and takes care of the rest. He always is prompt to answer the phone and call you back. The day of the hearing he sent me the great news by email that the case got dismissed, no traffic school, points, or court cost. I am so happy and would happily recommend him to all my friends and family.

I barely give reviews, but Frank definitely deserves one! I received a ticket for careless driving after being involved in an accident. After deciding to find an attorney to handle my case, I went straight to Yelp and came across Franks firm. On one comment, Frank replied back stating "you can reach ...me anytime" and left his cell phone number. I thought that was excellent that Frank made himself available. Unfortunately, it was 10:30 PM on a Thursday when I found the listing. I was desperate to get this taken care of so I sent him a text. Sure enough, not even a minute later, Frank responded back, ready to take on my case! It took me about a minute to fill out my case information and send payment. After that, it was all Frank. He left me informed with anything and everything that was going on with my case. He was also very prompt with all the updates. Long story short, Frank got me off with no points, court costs, or school! I definitely recommend him and will be using him in the future, if needed again. I believe Frank is different from most attorneys. He's not out to do the bare minimum and collect a check. He does what he does for the better being of his clients. Thanks again, Frank!
