Happily driving to Orlando to take my wife and daughter to Disney World I was pulled over for the first time in my life and received my first ticket ever. I was caught in a speed trap where the speed limit dropped from 70 mph to 45 mph and I was radar'd going 34 mph over the 45 mph limit. I had no i...dea how to handle this as it was my first offense of any type and it occurred in Palm Beach County and I live in Miami. I called multiple ticket offices and Frank was the most helpful in explaining how he would handle this and the possible outcomes I could face. Ultimately I went with him because I felt comfortable with him and also the amount he was charging me was not as absurd as some other offices out there. My outcome was Adjudication Withheld with no points. I highly recommend TicketFit because Frank is honest, helpful, and patient. He looks out to get the best possible outcome for his clients.

Frank was so easy to get in touch with. I called him and left a VM and he immediately called me back and texted me too. Very clear about what his fee is and kept me updated on the court date etc. and I ended up paying $99 total and getting both tickets dismissed--granted the tickets were kind of absu...rd--one for having the metal dealership plate cover a portion of the writing in "The Sunshine State", which the cop told me I could get dismissed, and the other for going 10 mph over the speed limit (I was going 35 mph). Originally I had called the Ticket Clinic but they were more expensive ($129) and were in a rush to get off the phone with me when I asked questions about potential court fees. Very happy with Frank and would definitely use TicketFit again if I ever needed to.

Thee things i want to share. First, when i initially called Mr. Mendez to see what he might advise on the action I should persue after I got a ticket, he took the time to explain my options and answer all my questions, which were a lot and by the length of this review you might have an idea of how de...tailed I want my explanations to be and expect details to be given when I have a question of my own. Second, after I made my decision to ask for his service, he explained exactly what will happen and made sure I understood what the different outcomes might be. (A note here to all who think this is a %100 sure thing, if you listen to Mr. Mendez explaining all possible outcomes, you will understand that it is not a sure thing that your ticket will be dismissed, but what is sure is that he will go above and beyond for you while you enjoy the luxury of not wasting, in addition to the no points promise). Third, I told myself, in all honesty, that this review will not be any different than what it currently is no matter the outcome of the verdict on my ticket, luckily and to Mr. Mendez's hard work, it got completely dismissed. Btw, I never met Mr. Mendez and only talked to him over the phone for one time, also this is my first ever ticket and thus my first ever encounter with a traffic lawyer/firm. Hopefully I won't get any other tickets but if I do, I definitely know who I will be calling for help! Thank you Mr. Mendez for all your professional help! Tarek.

For the first time in my life I got a ticket for speeding 30mph in a school zone, And since I definitely know I did not do it I decided to fight the ticket.
