Experienced & Vigorous Representation
I want to thank attorney, Kevin Unger, for vigorously defending me in court. I have been driving in Florida for 29 years with an impeccable record. I knew from the day I received the citation for pulling slowing onto a grassy median that the officer had a bad attitude. Upon review of the citation, I noticed that he made a mistake and charged me with the wrong Florida statute. I wanted my day in court to make my argument. I respect that Kevin advised me of all the possible outcomes and "safe" options, but I appreciate that he respected my legal argument and vigorously defended my argument against the charge in court and my case was DISMISSED!!!! I hope this young officer learned that details matter when you stand in authority to take away money (fines) or liberty from your fellow citizens and not to ABUSE your position! Thank you, Kevin! I will make sure to refer all my friends, family, neighbors & clients to you.

I am from New York and came down here didn’t know the road, I got pulled over and had a ticket for speed, I didn’t know what to do and I call one of my cousin and he said don’t worry I am gonna give you a number call them and they will take care of your case cause they have been taking of all cases for the past 5 years. I call them and follow their instructions and my case was dismissed. They are very good and confident

Unconditional Miracle
There aren’t enough words to describe the incredibleness of Kevin Unger and his staff. Their unconditional understanding of my situation has left me with an unconditional love for them. What an amazing team!!!!!!
I received a ticket going 30 over which was scary knowing that I might get my license suspended! My old driving record is not the best so I was terrified that not even a lawyer can get the job done of helping me keep my license clean. Unger & Kowitt team was amazing to work with they made sure that I got no points on my license and didn't have to take driving classes! There are no hidden fees it's a one-time payment and they don't contact you until they have results! You guys made this process so smooth and easy I truly can't thank you enough! Great
I got a speed ticket $400 du to the area. First time it happens to me so I was really saddened. I spoke with several lawyers but finally chose Unger&Kowitt. They were the only firm that was interested in my story. I was not disapointed. I got dismissed, no fee, no points and it was quick. Thank you so much, it's a relief.

Speeding Ticket
I got a speeding ticket charging me $281. Out of many other law firms, I happened to choose this one. It took them almost 6 months to work on my case, and finally it was dismissed - no fine, no points, and no school, just a court fee of $131. I couldn't wish for better results.

I have used Unger & Kowitt a couple of times to resolve speeding tickets and it is always so easy, convenient, and stress-free. They call you back immediately and take care of everything including going to court for you. And the tickets get dismissed every single time.

He works AWESOME MAGIC!!!!!
I was traveling North through Southern Florida after picking up my Ferrari in Ft. Lauderdale, when I was pulled over and told that I was travelling 116 MPH on I-95 (oops!!). The process to get represented was unbelievably simple. The end result was no points and no traffic school!!!! And it saved me another trip or two to South Florida to handle the court dates!! AWESOME JOB!!!!!! I HIGHLY recommend this service and this Team!!!!! THANKS!!!!!!!
