I had a ticket that I forgot to handle in Palm Beach County, a Bench Warrant was issued requiring my appearance in court. Attorney Menendez appeared on my behalf, got the warrant lifted, the case reset, he then appeared on the new court scheduled date on my behalf. The final results..?? Attorney Men...endez got the case dismissed. I received no points, no traffic school, and no court costs. In addition, no conviction will appear on my driving record. Woo Hoo !!! Attorney Mendez is the MAN !!!

Case dismissed! Thank you so, so much, Frank! This dismissal literally saved me. I got a red light ticket last October. I go to a lot of meetings and get a lot of parking tickets. Usually, I pay tickets all in one sitting. Apparently, I forgot to pay this ticket. That's usually not my style. I di...dn't get anything in the mail from them but as I was driving to a meeting in South Beach in May, I got pulled over. He told me I was driving on a suspended license!! What?? I was in shock! It was from not paying the red light ticket. He took my license. Later, when I looked at the ticket, it said I KNOWINGLY was driving on a SL! A criminal offense. I obviously was in shock when that cop told me so what he did was so wrong. I called Ticket Fit immediately. Frank went to bat for me, but didn't like the results of the first hearing, so he did the second one for free. He also got the red light ticket reduced with no traffic school. In between this and the court case, I got laid off. I got a new job but guess what? During the background check, the criminal thing came up. We had to wait 2 weeks for the new court date. A month out of work total! Today was the second court date - everything dismissed! I sent the paperwork to HR & I start on Thursday. This is the first time I used a traffic lawyer - I'll never use anyone else. Thank you!!
