INCREDIBLE ADVOCATE

INCREDIBLE ADVOCATE. My son was arrested while visiting South Florida. I called a friend who referred three attorneys. I met with two first then met with Mr. Hoffman. By far Mr. Hoffman had the most knowledge and spent the most amount of time with us. As I was nervous Mr. Hoffman provided her pe...rsonal number to make me feel more comfortable. As a parent I want what's best for my son and I can say without any doubt that hiring Mr. Hoffman was the best decision. The end of this ordeal had the charges dropped and the case is being expunged. I asked Mr. Hoffman if there was any way to thank you and he asked for me to write a review. I do so with the utmost amount of thanks!!! Thank you Mr. Hoffman.

ENTIRE CASE DISMISSED!!!!

I am writing this review on behalf of my attorney, Mr. Hoffman as a way to thank him and his staff for all of the hard work and dedication they put into my case. While I do not have the biggest case, (A DUI with some citations) Evan took the time to go over my case and the strengths and weaknesses o...f the facts. I know Evan has been dealing with a number of high profile cases lately he made me feel like my case was just as important as the ones he has which appear on the news. Needless to say, my case was dismissed, as well as the citations the officer wrote when I was arrested for my DUI. I know that I am grateful for all of Evan's hard work and can without a doubt recommend him to my friends, family and all of those out there on the world wide web. To make me feel even more comfortable I was provided Evan's personal cell number if I ever had a question. Not all lawyers make themselves as accessible as Evan.

Money grubber

Useless!! I have a clean driving record and paid them for a simple traffic violation. They don't defend you at all. They just show up in court and accept whatever the judge decides. Outcome? $242 in court fees + the $70 I paid them to "help" me!! Un-freaking-believable! Don't go there!

The Hoffman Firm had been handling all criminal and Traffic matters for almost 20 years. This client (as are all clients) advised that no law firm can guarantee a dismissal. If all tickets would be dismissed then there would never be any tickets issued. We do guarantee the client will not get any conviction ruins on their record, no points and no traffic school (all explained to the client in person and in writing). This client also did not have to attend court which is also a great benefit. While we strive to have all tickets dismissed we understand the importance of having a clean driving record which now this client has. Clearly this client (if it is an actual client and not a competitor) needs to understand that no firm can guarantee a dismissal and they have a clean record. We have defended thousands of clients throughout Florida and are extremely proud of the results we achieve. This client also should realize that they did not get a conviction, points on their record and traffic school. Lastly, as this alleged client did not attend any of the court hearings they need to be more prudent in making claims they cannot substantiate.

Avoid!! terrible!!

Did not offer any contracts to sign before asking for money. Been making weekly payments and still no contract no updates. Office refuses to answer any of my questions or give me any updates regarding my case. Went before judge and looked oblivious to what he was doing and made me look bad. Would not... recommend ever. Office assistants refuse to answer questions or give any updates. Last office you should go to. Ever!!!
