Best Lawyer

Most Reliable .. Best Prices .. Mean everything he says .. I hired Mr.Hoffman 2 weeks ago on a Serious Federal Offense .. and let’s just say Case dismissed .. I’ll recommend Evan and his team to anyone ..

Value for money!

Evan doesn’t charge exhorbitant amounts like other lawyers when you are in a state of distress. He’s a no BS kind of a lawyer and spends more time acting on your case than talking. The best thing about Evan is his speed of operation. I got the best possible outcome and got my charges dropped with him... in no time.

Incompetent

In February I hired Atty Hoffman and paid him in full to write a motion. Months later after many calls he finally wrote one that was rejected because it was wrong. He NEVER resubmitted it and at the 4 month mark with nothing being done I fired him. He refuses to refund my money. With so many lawyers ...out there why risk your future with him?

The Hoffman has diligently represented thousands of clients throughout the state of Florida and beyond. While we strive for the best results we hope if any issue arise the clients contact us directly. Our clients have access to the attorney at all times. If we were not able to remedy this particular clients issue to their satisfaction we offer our sincere apology. They can always contact the office to discuss further. Unfortunately this is a business where “competitors” have been knows to post false and misleading info to gain an unfair advantage. If this is the case then shame on them. We welcome all clients questions.

Money grubber

Useless!! I have a clean driving record and paid them for a simple traffic violation. They don't defend you at all. They just show up in court and accept whatever the judge decides. Outcome? $242 in court fees + the $70 I paid them to "help" me!! Un-freaking-believable! Don't go there!

The Hoffman Firm had been handling all criminal and Traffic matters for almost 20 years. This client (as are all clients) advised that no law firm can guarantee a dismissal. If all tickets would be dismissed then there would never be any tickets issued. We do guarantee the client will not get any conviction ruins on their record, no points and no traffic school (all explained to the client in person and in writing). This client also did not have to attend court which is also a great benefit. While we strive to have all tickets dismissed we understand the importance of having a clean driving record which now this client has. Clearly this client (if it is an actual client and not a competitor) needs to understand that no firm can guarantee a dismissal and they have a clean record. We have defended thousands of clients throughout Florida and are extremely proud of the results we achieve. This client also should realize that they did not get a conviction, points on their record and traffic school. Lastly, as this alleged client did not attend any of the court hearings they need to be more prudent in making claims they cannot substantiate.

Review

Mr. Hoffman was able to get my offenses reduces to a lesser degree. His fees are one of the lowest that I could find for the type of representation that I required. If I ever need to be represented by an attorney I would surely use Mr. Hoffman again.
