Evan Alexander Hoffman

Mr. Hoffman is an excellent attorney. My family member was arrested in Palm Beach County and treated like an animal at the Detention Center. She was held on a warrant of a DIFFERENT WOMAN with the same name. Despite the warrant having a photo of another person, with a different height and date of bir...th, Palm Beach County refused to admit their mistake and held her. She is 64 years old with bronchitis and is in poor health, all during the coronavirus pandemic. We hired Mr. Hoffman on a Tuesday, he filed a motion that same day, and on Thursday she was in front of a judge and he got her released ROR. He kept us updated on everything that was happening and responded to calls and emails immediately. Had he not been there, she would still be sitting in jail for a crime she did not commit, and again, during the coronavirus pandemic. Words cannot explain how grateful we are to Mr. Hoffman.

I was served for a hearing for a permanent injunction by a an ex GF who wanted to ruin my medical career and lively hood with out cause. Mr Hoffman was there for me every step of the way. The case was thrown out and the judge even told me at the end if she knew I was sitting next to such a high status defense attorney like himself. His presence in the court room alone was enough to get this injunction dismissed.
