I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Hoffman and the personnel at his law firm. He is a gentleman and a true professional. We were in need of legal representation and not being from the area made it extremely challenging. We didn't know who to trust or even anyone to get a referral from. After... a long search of websites and speaking with multiple attorneys, we found Mr. Hoffman's website. After speaking with him we knew who we were going with. Let me tell you; he did not let us down! He immediately went to work on our behalf, gathering information and the necessary documentation to prepare for the case. The firm's staff was pleasant and communicative; they kept us in the loop. What was also impressive was that although Mr. Hoffman was extremely busy, he was accessible. Did not offer any contracts to sign before asking for money. Been making weekly payments and still no contract no updates. Office refuses to answer any of my questions or give me any updates regarding my case. Went before judge and looked oblivious to what he was doing and made me look bad. Would not... recommend ever. Office assistants refuse to answer questions or give any updates. Last office you should go to. Ever!!!

Today was my trial. I was nervous but Evan was some cool headed and comforting that I had total confidence in him. I called him all weekend (on his personal cell phone) to explain my anxiety. Without losing any patience, Evan answered all of my calls and texts to his cell phone. He told me that I... would never regret hiring him, that hiring him was the best decision I could have made. COMPLETELY AGREE THE BEST ATTORNEY in town. My family member was arrested and I was referred to Evan. He provided me his personal cell phone and I was always able to text him if I had any questions. As busy as he is, I was always able to get a hold of him. Money was tight after the bail but I was... put on a payment plan. Even when I was late Evan was compassionate and understanding. I cannot believe any review that says he is all about the money. If he was then he would never have taken my case. Evan got a great result, case was DISMISSED. I can only imagine what the stories were for the rude people who try to ruin a reputation by putting bad reviews up on line. They either have a issues themselves or other attorrney's are bad mouthing the good ones. Trust me Evan is a great attorney.
