I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Hoffman and the personnel at his law firm. He is a gentleman and a true professional. In February I hired Atty Hoffman and paid him in full to write a motion. Months later after many calls he finally wrote one that was rejected because it was wrong. He NEVER resubmitted it and at the 4 month mark with nothing being done I fired him. He refuses to refund my money. With so many lawyers ...out there why risk your future with him?

Today was my trial. I was nervous but Evan was some cool headed and comforting that I had total confidence in him. I called him all weekend (on his personal cell phone) to explain my anxiety.
