Simply the Best

I can't express how grateful I am to have found Evan Hoffman at The Hoffman Firm during one of the most challenging times in my life. In 2018, as a victim of domestic violence, I faced many emotional and legal hurdles, and I ended up in some legal trouble as a result. From our very first meeting, Mr.... Hoffman was incredibly understanding and empathetic, instantly putting me at ease. His compassionate approach made all the difference, especially as the case had significant implications for me as a mother. Thanks to Mr. Hoffman's expertise and dedication, I received ideal results in my case. His ability to navigate the legal system and advocate on my behalf was impressive. During this process, I discovered I had a bench warrant for an old red light traffic ticket from 2016. I decided to retain Mr. Hoffman for this issue as well, and he lifted the warrant on the same day without needing another court date. It was a tremendous relief that he was able to resolve it so quickly. Evan Hoffman has become my go-to attorney for any legal matter. I even referred my husband to him when he faced a grand larceny charge for allegedly stealing a food truck. Miraculously, Mr. Hoffman managed to get all charges dropped within just 48 hours! Feeling confident in his abilities, I recently referred my brother-in-law to him, knowing he would be in good hands. What stands out the most about Mr. Hoffman is his straightforward, no-nonsense demeanor and his non-judgmental approach. He takes the time to explain both the best-case and worst-case scenarios, along with clear pricing. Unlike many attorneys who seem more focused on lining their pockets, Mr. Hoffman genuinely cares about his clients. He provides affordable options and prioritizes convenience, which is evident in his eagerness to help rather than simply collect a fee. Every interaction I've had with him has reinforced that I'm more than just a name on a docket; I'm a person he is committed to supporting. I appreciate everything he has done for me, and I will continue to refer anyone and everyone to Mr. Hoffman without hesitation. Beast of an Attorney

Have been using the Hoffman Law Firm since 2013..Evan super cool and personable lawyer. Got cited for a serious traffic violation w consequences. Evan was able to show the Court i was innocent, and get the case dismissed with our evidence. Forever Grateful...John Neil

Money grubber

Useless!! I have a clean driving record and paid them for a simple traffic violation. They don't defend you at all. They just show up in court and accept whatever the judge decides. Outcome? $242 in court fees + the $70 I paid them to "help" me!! Un-freaking-believable! Don't go there!

The Hoffman Firm had been handling all criminal and Traffic matters for almost 20 years. This client (as are all clients) advised that no law firm can guarantee a dismissal. If all tickets would be dismissed then there would never be any tickets issued. We do guarantee the client will not get any conviction ruins on their record, no points and no traffic school (all explained to the client in person and in writing). This client also did not have to attend court which is also a great benefit. While we strive to have all tickets dismissed we understand the importance of having a clean driving record which now this client has. Clearly this client (if it is an actual client and not a competitor) needs to understand that no firm can guarantee a dismissal and they have a clean record. We have defended thousands of clients throughout Florida and are extremely proud of the results we achieve. This client also should realize that they did not get a conviction, points on their record and traffic school. Lastly, as this alleged client did not attend any of the court hearings they need to be more prudent in making claims they cannot substantiate.

Amazing outcome great attorney

I had a criminal case and a simple citation. The citation was dismissed, great job Evan. The criminal case was very tough and a lot of complex issues but Evan worked his magic and the state dropped all charges. I would gladly recommend Evan to any person who was arrested or cited.

Awesome attorney

Mr hoffman and his staff were a pleasure to deal with. Mr hoffman had my tickets dismissed and answered all of my questions. Well done. I have referred all my friends and family to his office and you should do the same.
