In February I hired Atty Hoffman and paid him in full to write a motion. Months later after many calls he finally wrote one that was rejected because it was wrong. He NEVER resubmitted it and at the 4 month mark with nothing being done I fired him. He refuses to refund my money. With so many lawyers ...out there why risk your future with him?
