Best Realtor Lawyer

I am very pleased with Cristina Ortiz. She is professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. Cristina helped me get my deposit back after I was qualified and than was told that we couldn't proceed with the closing of the house due to a lease I had recently taken out. Since they didn't want to return my d...own payment deposit, I reached out to Cristina. Within a couple od days she read the contract that I had signed and wrote the property owner a letter. A week later after that letter went out, I recieved notice that I was getting my deposite back. Thank you Cristina!

Showroom Lease

Cristina reviewed and wrote an addendum to this proposed lease which was Accepted by the Landlord. She was efficient and speedy without inaccuracy. Always protecting my interested and explain my options.s
