Persistent & Diligent - Awesome experience

Amazing

You will not find a more caring, confident, resourceful, efficient, and professional real estate attorney. Ms. Ortiz represented me as a seller and then as a buyer and I must say that both transactions were done well and quick. I have already highly recommended her to family and friends and will cont...inue to use her for any future transaction.

Results w Excellent CS

Hired Ms Ortiz PA for a case regarding reverse mortgage. Very dedicated, involved, and results oriented. Although the case it’s not over, I have total confidence in her abilities and advice. She is also reasonable, ethical, and actually listens to and comes up w solutions to the problem at hand. High...ly recommended.

Reliable

Cristina served as the closing agent and title company to close on my new home. Buying a house can be a long and stressful process, but Thabks to Cristina we were able to close on the home. The bank kept giving us the run around and at times it was difficult to get a straight answer from our loan off...icer or underwritter, sometimes they would give us conflicting information; Cristina served as a good point of contacts and was on top of things to make sure we met deadlines. I am very pleased with her service and I would recommend her to anyone closing on a home.
