Cristina was very thorough in her dealings with this file which was a FannieMae foreclosure by keeping all bankers, realtors, the home owners association and opposing counsel well informed and meeting all of our deadlines in a timely manner. Cristina constantly communicated with everyone and even wor...ked after hours, holidays and weekends to successfully close this file. Thank you Cristina!

Fabulous Attorney I can Trust, Excellent work & Moral ethics!

Excellent attorney

Call this attorney first!!

After having gone through 4 attorneys I can tell you that I wish I would have called Ms. Ortiz first. She was able to negotiate removal of our sale date and kept us informed along the way. We wish we would have met her when we first started dealing with the bank and all the modification paperwor...k. I highly recommend her!!
