Ms. Correoso has briefed and argued over 100 criminal and civil appeals in the 5 Districts Courts of Appeal and Florida Supreme Court, including two successful enbanc cases before the Third District Court of Appeal.
Her practice focuses on representing Lenders and Special Servicers in Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) actions involving multi-million dollar trusts; representing employers in Fair Labor Standard Acts (FLSA) litigation in Federal Court; representing large and small corporations in ADA compliance action; setting up corporations and LLC’s; and other general commercial litigation. Ms. Correoso also has experience with dependency and juvenile trials and appeals, and currently volunteers for Pro-bono cases through the Guardian Ad Litem program.

Traffic Defense
My Lawyer gave me good advice ,made me feel comfortable and at ease with a potentially stressful situation. We showed up for pre trial pleaded not guilty and then again for trial after seeking and obtaining a continuance and as the Police Officer was not present the case was dismissed.
