Born in and raised in Miami. FL, in 2005 Mr. Somodevilla graduated from the University of Miami Business School with a Bachelors in Business Administrations with a focus on Business Management. In 2008 he graduated from Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad Law Center, attaining his JD with a Goodwin Scholar full academic scholarship. He has been practicing law in the state of Florida since October 2008.
Mr. Somodevilla's main focus of concentration within law consist of bankruptcy and receivership, regularly representing trustees, debtors and creditors in Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy cases, debtors and creditors in insolvency, workout and liquidation matters, assignees in assignments for the benefit of creditors proceedings, and receivers in state and federal equity receiverships.
