The very best!!!!!

I would recommend Barry to anyone with my eyes closed. We hired him for our sons divorce. He is always on top of it all! He makes sure to always be well informed and is in constant communication with you about everything that is going on. He is honest and trustworthy. His staff is also very helpful a...nd just all around great. They are there for you around the clock and never let you down. Great Attorney!

A Lawyer Who Cares

I hired Barry to represent my son in a very difficult paternity and custody fight. Boy, am I glad I did. In Barry I found a very caring, compassionate, honorable and knowledgeable man who was always there to give advise and guidance at any time of the day. To say Barry is a GREAT lawyer does not t...ruly represent the man he is. For in him you'll find a counselor, friend, therapist, a person with a beautiful soul. Barry went out and beyond to ensure that my son's case be heard and that justice would prevail. In the courtroom Barry owned my son's case. He was prepared, worked diligently and fought tirelessly to obtain justice. I truly felt he absorbed himself in my son's case and was there for him. Thanks to Barry, my grandson is able to grow up beside his "Dad" and we have been able to have our grandchild in the nucleus of our family. What a BLESSING! Barry understands the trauma of the process and will help you through it, with great legal advice but most importantly with compassion. I have recommended him to friends on several occasions and I know for certain that those I recommended him to were completely satisfied with his legal services. They also found in him what I did, a great lawyer that will fight hard for you. I cannot leave out his office staff whom were so patient, polite, supportive and quickly handled all necessary tasks. Absolutely The BEST!! highly recommended

I can honestly say that my daughter is safe and protected because of the swift actions Mr. Yablen took in handling my divorce case. Prior to calling Mr. Yablen I spoke with several attorneys but none showed the urgency and immediate attention my case needed. I knew right away that he was the one th...at would keep my daughter from being kidnapped and taken abroad by her father. He was sensitive, compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough, organized, determined and focused. His staff, just as amazing as he is, always willing to work with you and around you with no hesitation making the process less stressful and easier. Mr. Yablen kept me informed at all times and his strategic approach to this complicated case took us all the way to victory. We prevailed by a landslide in the courtroom because of his persistence and dedication. He prepared the most amazing Memorandum in Support of Imposing International Travel, citing case law that affirmed everything I could have wanted from a lawyer and more and the outcome proved such. Mr. Yablen’s courtroom disposition was of a true professional. He was able to protect not only my interest, but most importantly, prove to the judge that the best interest of my daughter was to rule in my favor. My ex-husband was unable to get anything ruled in his favor even after changing attorneys and continuing to challenge the court in an effort to overturn the judges decision. Not only was Mr. Yablen able to guide and support me throughout the 2 years my case was ongoing, he continues to be there and protect my daughter as he is the guardian of my ex’s passports. I am extremely grateful to Mr. Yablen for always being there and continuing to be there no matter what time at night or day of the week it is. His sincere concerns for us truly makes him our Guardian Angel. I give the highest recommendations to Barry Yablen to anyone who wants to deal with a genuine person who will protect your rights in the most ethical manner imaginable. Highly Recommended

Barry Yablen was my attorney for my recent divorce. It was a very difficult time for me, not only because I was going through the divorce itself but also because I was dealing with the recent death of one of my children. Mr. Yablen was extraordinarily sensitive and caring, much more so than I would... have expected from an attorney. He expertly handled my case and my divorce was final about six weeks after the initial filing. This is as fast as it gets and I am so thankful for his expertise and dedication to resolving my case as quickly as he did and to my satisfaction that all my rights are protected. I knew I was in good hands and he was always available to answer my questions or calm my nerves. Mr. Yablen is a excellent attorney and a compassionate individual and I highly recommend him to anyone needed an attorney for a divorce or family matter.

This is the person you need believe me.

When my Ex husband filed Divorce in May, 2002, this lawyer was assigned to me in a lawyers' group. The initial person got sick and he took my case right away. Since day one, this person was so kind, professional, and worked with me all the way, until I finalizing my divorce in July, 2003. Always res...ponds phone calls, emails, and ALWAYS with such a great aptitude, that in the worst moments made me feel like family. 10 years later, my Ex stopped alimony and child support payments, and I couldn't think of any other lawyer but Mr. Yablen.. Again, this was even a harder time for me, and he has walked with me every step of the way, including his staff and personnel, I feel like I am one more in their team... IF YOU HAVE FAMILY NEEDS or WHATEVER PROBLEMS related to his expertise, PLEASE LISTEN TO ME.. This is the person you want to have at your side.
