In a world that automatically favors mother I found myself always at the mercy of my ex-wife. Even when I had to take my daughter for her own safety I had previously felt the bias of our judicial system. My ex-wife previously gave my daughter an IV in home even though her medical was paid for and they were a mile from the hospital. I took her to court, and the court said that she was acting in the best interest of my daughter. My daughter who cried when she and told me was stuck. My lawyer presented my case wrong and the judge sided with my ex. This time my daughters mother committed 5 felonies and a misdemeanor. From my experience I knew the corporate still try and favor her. My lawyer Lizette Reboredo accompanied me in the court room. I was granted emergency custody of my daughter, but even with all that was said in court the judge said he believed in second chances and wanted to see if she could follow by the court order for her to have rehabilitation. I could not believe it. During the next few months my ex-wife rarely called my daughter and stuck by her husband who was also arrested on the same night , and to my surprise was previously arrested for gun charges along with cocaine. Neither of them completed their classes until just a couple days before the court date which was four months later. During the court hearing the judge had congratulated my ex-wife. My lawyer luckily had put the pressure on my ex-wife even though the judge seemed to be in favor of her and got her to sign into an agreement. Two days after the court hearing my ex-wife's husband got into a car accident where he was given a DUI, and also charged with assault. About a week after that her husband had told my ex-wife's oldest daughter that he was going to kill their whole family. this may come across like something out of a Jerry Springer TV show, and it shocked me to my very core, but without Lizette's legal services, knowledge, ability to remain calm, and expertise on dealing with tough situations may have saved my daughters life. I am eternally grateful for her services and would highly recommend her to all fathers and mothers. She truly does not discriminate, and will work extremely hard and long hours to win your case.
