As a 28 year old father of two, my wife and I have been facing our mortality and the horrific thought of leaving behind our children. Ilene sat down with us and helped us through our Will preparation and guided us on how to make the appropriate arrangements for our children, should we pass. She took the time to take us down each hypothetical path that now, we have a sense of ease if such a horrific accident should take place. I am very pleased with her and would recommend all to her.

Ilene F. Tuckfield ESQ., was recommended to me from a friend who went through a Divorce and a very difficult case of the former Husband, not complying with court mandated multiple(s) Child support. I am currently using Ilene on a short term Marriage Civil Divorce matter. I have found Ilene to be very competent, thorough and her research of prior Case Law to be impressive. Besides her many years of knowledge and experience, I find her to be passionate in her work and she has a strong commitment that Justice is served within the Guidelines of our Legal System. In relative terms my divorce is an easy case, but what I have learned, while visiting Ilene in her Office on several occasions, is overhearing, her Absolute, No-Nonsense No-Tolerance in Protecting the Children whom she is asked to help and seek Justice and Compliance on their needed behalf. This told me everything I needed to know about Ilene’s Character, Caring and Passion for her Legal Services. In life some people are fortunate enough to work at what they like and in where they can make a difference in. I believe that Ilene loves what she does, but more importantly, make a positive difference for her Clients and does everything in her power to make sure that the Laws are properly Interpreted, Applied and Enforced. I strongly recommend Ilene’s Legal Services!
