As pain free as can be

Divorce is painful but it doesn’t have to be. Barry Yablen was cool calm and collected throughout the process. He and his team were very helpful and responsive. I wanted a peaceful and fair divorce and he delivered. Would highly recommend for anyone who holds a passive heart and needs a legal backbon...e to get them through this awful process.

Excellent Service with a team that cares!

I cannot express what a dedicated lawyer Barry and his team are for their clients. If you are looking for a lawyer to get you through a horrible moment in your life, Barry is the lawyer to get you out of it! His team alongside Martha and Jesse were always on top in communicating with my ex’s lawyer ...as well as providing me up to the minute updates as they came in. The updates were crucial for my peace of mind in feeling that I was going to end up in a positive situation after my divorce. Barry brings in not only his professional legal experience to protect your interests but demonstrates and makes you feel like he really does care for you and your family. He’s a people person and understands and sympathizes with a persons crisis. Getting a divorce is horrible but I am so thankful I had the protection, defense and guidance from this law firm. Compassionate and Determined

Anticipating a difficult road, I was referred to Barry by a friend who had been through a similar experience with an intractable spouse. I retained him after our first consultation - highly impressed by his calm and calming demeanor, his conciliatory attitude toward divorce, and his high level of pr...eparedness and knowledge. His team is super responsive, took all of my concerns with the utmost seriousness, and always my interests first even if he did not agree with me. As a retired NY litigator, now successfully on the other side of my case, I remain ever impressed by Barry’s depth of knowledge of state law, his network of top notch experts, and his ability to steer a case in to the best position for his client.

THE BEST ATTORNEY!

THE BEST ATTORNEY I not only recommends attorney Barry A. Yablen, but I guarantee once you have used his service you too will look no further. He responds in an extreme timely matter, he is a very knowledgeable and trustworthy person. He and his team (Jesse and Martha) do an impeccable job, full ...of professionalism and accomplishments. I have to admit I was very lucky to find them. There is no other attorney that will work as hard for you. I hired Barry for a divorce, he is a wonderful and a very professional attorney. I could not have been happier and I will never go anywhere else. When you are in financial distress and emotionally vulnerable it is difficult to think clearly and make good decisions. That, in addition to not understanding a legal process complicates matters even more. Barry explained the law, outlined in clear language the steps in the process that were needed to be done. He was reassuring, articulate, knowable and effective. Barry made the process so much easier and gave me peace of mind in a stressful but successful outcome. I selected Barry by a recommendation from a trusted friend and was some of the "Best" advice I have ever received.
