Excellent Lawyer

After interviewing several lawyers to handle my divorce case w/ kids a few years back, I realized within the first 10 minutes of talking to Barry he was the right person for me. From the way he talked and explained everything calmly, making sure I knew what my rights were to making sure things were h...andled fairly. He cares about you. Originally, my ex was looking to take advantage but Barry was clear to explain about the importance of custody and sharing when it comes to kids. In the end, my divorce case was settled without needing mediation or court because of Barry's knowledge and the respect other attorneys have for him. I would highly (and have) recommended him to anyone who is going thru a divorce. Whether or not you have kids. He will certainly look out for your best interests based on the laws and what your rights are when others might make you think differently. You'd be making a mistake going with someone else!

Excellent Lawyer.

I highly recommend Mr. Barry Yablen not only for his excellent professionalism but also for his warmth and confidence. His work team is incredible too and honestly they have protected my son and me. I was very scared when I went there by first time and he calmed me down and helped me a lot. They a...re very professional and they know what what they do. They know how to advise you. I really thanks God he is in my way. Mr. Yablen is very professional and an excellent mediator too, but in court he is undoubtedly the person you need to have. Going with another lawyer would be a mistake! Mr. Yablen and his people know very well how to defend your rights, they are fair and they care about people. My experience was very good, and today, I am no longer afraid because I know he is taking care of us. Thanks a lot Barry for your time and your professionalism. Carolina

Excellent experience

I highly recommend Barry Yablen, he's very knowledgeable, professional and attentive my overall experience was great. His office staff was also very attentive and always on top of things.

Tough but Fair

My ex-husband and I used Barry as a mediator. He told me from the beginning that he was going to be fair and impartial, but he also was going to push me to look at things from other perspectives. He also warned me that if one person walked out very happy, while the other person was miserable he had... not done his job. I would say he did his job very well. No one got everything they wanted, everyone got some of what they wanted, and I don't think anyone felt like a winner or looser. While I would say that he is definitely sympathetic to fathers, he keeps an open mind and is willing to listen to all sides. Bottom line, he is kind, considerate, sympathetic, and helped me through one of the hardest days of my life.

Professional and Compassionate

After suffering with a marginal attorney at the start of my divorce, it was a relief to meet Mr. Yablen. From the moment I met Barry and his staff, I felt sure that my case would not only be resolved, but handled in the most efficient and compassionate manner. Karla, Amir and Jesse, his staff, are gr...eat to work with. They explained and supported me throughout this difficult process. Mediation would have been a nightmare if not for Barry's knowledge and handling of the whole matter. I can not express enough my gratitude to all of them. My future and my son's is going to be better for my having decided to retain Barry and his staff to take over my divorce.
